"While I was there the bathroom need toilet paper and my youngest daughter was using the restroom at the time but I had to run out and find a employee and ask them for toilet paper and explained to them my daughter was using the restroom at that same moment but was told they was short handed and the toilet paper never came. The girls I told seem to be aggravated with being short handed and was not the friendliest to me"

"Usually I have a great shopping experience when I visit Peebles at the Southside Mall in Suth Williamson, KY. My experience today was much less pleasant than usual. The first employee I saw, back in the shoe department, was very busy shelving clearance shoes, so I understand why she did not approach me to ask if I needed help; she may not have seen me, on the other side of the table stacked with shoes. When I asked her a question, she was pleasant and looked to see if the item I wanted available (a particular shoe, in a wide size), but it wasn't. She asked me if she could help me with anything else, and I told no, thank you. Then I went to the girls 7-14 section but did not find the items I was looking for, and I looked around but did not see anyone to ask. It wasn't that important that I get that item today, so I went to the misses' clearance section. I found some clothes I wanted to try on. There was no one at the fitting booth so I just went on in to try on the clothes. The booth looked shabby and the door to the booth where I was did not have a working lock, and I had to stand against it to keep it from coming open, which was awkward. Then I went to check out. The clerk at the register (it was in the fragrance section) was talking to another clerk the whole time, about very personal problems she was having at home. There was a woman in line in front of me who asked for a coupon book. The clerk said (kind of shortly)We don't do coupon books anymore. It's all online. We scan your phone.I asked the clerk I don't have a smart phone. How can I get coupons? She said they would send me email or something. She continued to talk to the other clerk, basically ignoring me, the whole time I was checking out. It seemed to me that the other clerk was also uncomfortable with the her going on about personal family problems. I was uncomfortable hearing all that, too. Maybe that clerk did not realize how rude she was being. Please don't fire her, but she needs coaching."
