"Shipped from Singapore, made in China. Moderate cotton quality, very thin fabric. Jumpers feel more like underwear. If baby walks it will stretch and rip it right away. Rubber print looks cheap. Finishing is poor. We did $100 order and will never buy there again. We stick to H&M, Zara and KappAhl. Great FB ads, juicy photos and marketing but inferior product."

Never received-Never acknowledged
"I was so excited to order our family matching pj’s for Christmas family photos. I ordered them on 8/2 to insure plenty of time. Finally September 20th I got notice they shipped with a tracking number. Two weeks had passed so I tried using the tracking number which was invalid. I waited another two weeks and emailed customer service. Needless to say they were “checking in” on it and would be back in touch. That never happpend. I still have no product and I can’t get them to respond. This company if not fraudulent is at best the worst customer service company out there!!! Do not order from them!!!!!"

I’m a heavy online shopper
"I am a heavy online shopper... I’ve got to say this has got to be the WORST online clothing company I have ever purchased from. I placed my order on 2/2/18. I started to get worried after the 17th day, but PatPat does disclose this information in the email after you’ve purchased that it could take up to 30 business days for delivery (I gave PATPAT the benefit of the doubt). After the next week, I contacted “Interfocus Inc” which comes across my PayPal email invoice i received. They did not respond. I was beginning to think I got scammed. Finally on 2/27 I heard from a Pat Pat Rep named Jinghan and was told I had to call their warehouse to initiate my own shipping? This doesn’t make sense. It should be directly shipped to my home. All of my shipping information is disclosed VIA paying with PayPal. I’ve waited OVER a month for my package, the LAST thing I want to do is have to inconveniently call PatPats warehouse to ship my own package. How upsetting. Mind you, I ordered early to make sure no hiccups would happen and I wanted to get it delivered straight to my home in time for my daughter to try it on for her first birthday (ordered 5 outfits). Instead of initiating my shipping from PatPats own warehouse, Jinghan seems it would be fun to keep emailing me to initiate a call to ship my package when I’ve clearly told him/her all my shipping information and it’s on their own invoice through PayPal. I still have not received my package. Yes, I could call to have “initiate shipping” to me (still don’t know why? This is the first I’ve had a company email me to ship my own package to myself. It should be shipped regardless, I PAID FOR IT.) but I am so upset with the overall customer experience that I have asked 1) ship me my darn package 2) issue a refund. I ended up buying clothes locally for my daughter.Besides the enticing photos of the cute clothes that PatPat has displayed, my experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. 1 star for: .5 a star for customer service who at least emailed me SOMETHING. Even if it wasn’t helpful. .5 for the good quality picture and easy working website that makes it easy to target heavy online shoppers like me. Useful"

When I received them, I loved them: well made, good quality, nicely packed with each item in a different plastic bag and came as ordered.So I ordered others items. When doing that, I made a mistake and ordered an item twice. I sent them an email for cancelling one and was answered at the same day telling me that the item was cancelled.Great customer care, the lady was very polite and helpful! Would recommend."

"I ordered a few items from Pat Pat and was impressed with how quickly they were delivered. Each item came packed in a cute plastic bag, super well organised which I thought it was a nice touch! Itens were good quality and came as ordered. I only had one item which came up a bit bigger for which I sent them an email and was answered at the same day. The order did take a week longer than expected for delivery, however when I inquired, their customer service team responded very quickly and was extremely professional!
