"Newegg delivered completely with their side of the deal. The shopping process was easy and stress free. When the delivery company screwed up and couldn’t find my address, they required the sender(Newegg) to approve me to pick up the product at the delivery company’s location. OnTrac (delivery company) stated that it will be near impossible to get approval from the shipper and it’s most likely going to have to wait a day to be redelivered. I called Newegg customer support with little hope of finding a resolution that I’d like. I was greeted by a customer support agent that was down to earth and understanding. He put my mind at ease and even went through a supervisor to help get my package pickup approved. After a few minutes, the representative let me know that everything had been taken care of and I should receive an invite from OnTrac to pick up my package the same day. Very impressed with the order of their company and products, but mostly impressed with how smooth they made my experience with buying my first PC build. "

Excellent Customer Service From Tiffany T. Luevano
"I was in the process of RMAing a Patriot Memory 256GB LX Series microSDXC because it was showing signs of a fake SD card. Tiffany did everything in her power to help sort the issue and wanted to make sure to keep her customer relieved for a solution. Even though she set me up with an RMA immediately it turned out the micro SD card only works on highly powered USB ports like 3.0. It will not function correctly on low powered 2.0 ports something that I should have looked into before calling Newegg, which is my fault on that regard. It's a great micro SD card works well for my Nintendo Switch and only spending $80 on a 256GB card really feels good since they usually go for $150-200.
