Horrible product and never be able to refund a cent to you
"I ordered a camera from their website and it turned out to be a faulty product. Not to mention how long it took to receive the order and how frustration to install the camera through app. After contacting the customer service many times, they requested me to provide a video to show what was wrong with the camera, they never provide any valid address to post back the item, they didn't offer to cover the return postage fee (because I think they are based outside of Australia), and at the end they just asked me to find a local repairer to fix and didn't promise to recover any costs. I am so angry with their customer service and definitely will lodge a compliant to Fair Trading later. "

"I ordered and funny enough when I couldn't pay, and contacted them they replied within 2 minutes, after paying they don't reply to my email anymore! I wish I read the comments before purchasing anything! I am just happy it wasn't anything expensive! "
"Bought an inexpensive ($8)mini cam and it arrived DOA.I asked for a prepaid return label or a refund or a new camera. Advised newfrog and 3 days later "Russell" says send a picture of the damage. I said "how does a picture show DOA" but sent a picture of their camera to them asking for a return label, new camera or refund. 3 days later "Russell" replies "Oh I guess picture wasn't helpful so now send a video." I said " a video of what" but shot a video of me plugging in the camera and the charging light not coming on and now asked for a refund because of this crap. 3 das later "Yogi" replies and says take it to your "local electronics" repair and get it fixed and we MAY reimburse you. I replied "There is NO "local repair" facility for an $8 mini cam made in China and even just look at it and tell me they can't fix it would be at least $35, 3 times the price of a new one. 3 days later "Russell" replies asking "Can we send you a new one or a refund." I again said "refund." 3 days later "Yogi" asks do you still want a refund. I reply yes. I then file complaint with PayPal. 5 days later "Russell" emails and says " since you filed with PayPal, your account is locked ( a lie). I replied that you are obviously lying and I will post reviews saying this. 3 days later Russell says "Do you want a refund." I reply, "I thought the account was locked but I still want a refund. 5 days later PayPal refunds my $8. Their refund/warranty policy/game is obviously to stall or wear you out making you give up. Being a retired Federal Criminal Special Agent, crooks or bad businesses like this place don't wear me out but actually charge me up. I'd avoid this business as all of their stuff can be found elsewhere usually at a lower price"

"Ordered a phone £126 on the 9th of April 18, never heard anything from this company until I got in contact with there customer service which was non existent, no tracking number sent, was on the live chat to them every day, all I got back was we have a system error, please wait a couple of days for the tracking number, another excuse was it was a national holiday, I even had another excuse saying they did not know what happened with my purchase , Then low and behold I had an email saying it had been shipped but could not give me a tracking number...!!!, could not believe it, every excuse under the sun, I demanded a refund which they did pay back, Then I received an e-mail from them saying they had found my purchase & would I like to re-order!!!!!!!!!, (told them in no small words where they could stick there phone), stay away and do not waste your money unless you want a whole lot of stress, disappointment and excuse after excuse"

"I bought a VGA switch that ruins the resolution, and an MP3 player that won't even show up on a PC after forcing it to reboot. Playing tunes is impossible, and the manual does not match the player. If you get a package from these people, save yourself time and drop it in the garbage unopened."

"Super fast shipping considering the items came from China. Less than two weeks from ordering to delivery. Items ordered were as described and an incredible bargain. I contacted customer service after a week as I had not received an email. They replied promptly with my order details. Upon checking I actually did receive all the info and tracking info as well except it was flagged and went to my Spam filter. Great company, service, shipping and deals."

"I ordered an item based on the online description and received something else. At first it took ages to get them to understand their error and in the end they didn't refund the full shipping costs as they had previously promised they would do. They reply to emails be repeating the same nonsense and by not addressing the points raised. All in all a useless company run by crooks and incompetent idiots. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!"
