Money debited from my bank - over a month - NO DVD
"Order was placed. Within a few days, the $17.65 was debited from my bank. I never received tracking info. I never received a response when I went to their site to ask if item was shipped. FRAUD on so many levels."

"I placed my order May 23rd, it was supposed to ship after 10 business days maybe 20. After the 10th business day I started inquiring about my order, using the online form on the website. I did that twice, after the 20th day, I replied to the email that was my receipt, and this morning I called the phone number only to get a full answering machine. It looks like I'm going to have to take measures to get my money back, I'm very disappointed, I really wanted my order!!!"
