Took money off credit card and have not seen a refund as of yet even though I called and cancelled order within 10 minutes because they could not deliver item as quickly as I needed it.I dont think they should have ever processed the card to begin with. the cc comp just paid out 2days later with no refund coming down the pike. "I am very impressed with Living in Comfort. I was looking to purchase the Cool-n-heat pad and everywhere I looked the product was backordered. I found it on the Living in Comfort website (a little more expensive) and I purchased it right away. There was a UPS shipping issue in that it was shipped to the incorrect address and when I discovered this Living in Comfort reshipped my packaged right away. I asked if they could match the competitors price and they did so right away. The customer service that I recieved from Living in Comfort was INCREDIBLE. "As a customer who has made a career in the Customer Service arena, I was more than ecstatic with Living in Comfort's "easy to do business with" mentality. I ordered a couch after my basement flooded in July, yet ended up not needing it delivered until October. Each time I emailed them they were responsive, pleasant and accomodating. The scheduling of the delivery was quick and easy, and they offered weekend availability. Even the delivery crew provided prompt service with a smile. Well done, Living in Comfort! "My family just recently moved into a new house, so I was on the hunt to get a bedroom set for my daughter. I started out by going to the usual chain furniture stores in town to check out their kids bedroom selections. I have to say I was pretty disappointed with what I saw. Most of the bedroom sets were flimsy and overpriced. I decided to take my search on-line, and that's when I came across Livingincomfort.com. I found the most gorgeous Legacy Kids Enchantment Bedroom set on their website for 25% less than what I could find in my local furniture stores. Plus there was no sales tax and they offered free curbside delivery, the deal was phenomenal! I also made a special request to Jenny, the sales rep, to hold off on shipment until we've moved in to our home. She was very helpful and flexible with that. The bedroom set showed up exactly when I wanted it to. When I noticed the front of the computer desk was damaged during delivery, I contacted Jenny again. She immediately had the manufacture send me a new desk. I found it very easy to communicate with Jenny via the on-line chat option, and everything was handled efficiently and promptly. The bedroom set is beautiful and much nicer in quality than anything I can find in a local furniture store, I get compliments on it all the time! I will definitely buy from this site again and already have recommended them to a ton of my friends! "

All questions were answered quickly with very friendly service. Once I placed my order I received emails confirming the order along with tracking information once the product shipped. "I was very impressed by the level of customer service and follow through regarding a recent order I made. I ordered a sectional sofa and I had never ordered furniture online before so I was somewhat nervous about the whole process. Josh at Living in Comfort was outstanding. When I asked for a sample of the sofa fabric to be sent to me so I could ensure the color was accurate for our decor, he sent it to me and it arrived within 7 business days. "I ordered my dream crib for my son from Living in Comfort. But as my husband was almost finished assembling the crib I realized it was not the crib I had thought I was receiving. I contacted Living in Comfort and it turns out the manufacturer no longer makes the crib I fell in love with. "I am beginning to wonder if I have been scammed out of nearly $2000. I ordered a bed and nightstand over 2 months ago. I expected that it could take 6 weeks. The problem is these people are impossible to get in touch with. My initial email was responded to with a shipping tracking number and company. I found out that company had no trace of my order. I have made several attempts to call and email livingincomfort with no success. I wish I had read all the reviews before. This is terrible service. I would have paid more elsewhere to have better service. They were available to take my money but have no follow up....."
"How I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered a seat cushion from them!!!!! I have had no contact from Living in Comfort since I ordered a seat cushion over two weeks ago. There is no one to answer the toll free number and so far, no response from a email to their customer service. At this point, they have my money and I have no way of knowing if I will ever see the product I ordered. Compared to other retailers on the web, Living in Comfort is at the bottom for me. Can't say I would recommend this company."
"Despite promise to ship in a couple of days, order still has not shipped 3 weeks later. Called customer service 11/9, they said they would call back the next morning. They did not. Called customer service 11/10, they said they would check with supplier and email me the next day. They did not. 11/12 customer service does not answer - recording says send an email. I do not recommend this company!"
