"I ordered a necklace for my daughter with her kids and grandson names and birthstones. It said more could be added as needed. Daughter recently welcomed a new grand daughter to the family, so I was going to send necklace back to update. I received an email saying items are sold as is and cannot be changed. The necklace is a year old and is tarnished like it is 50 years old. I am so disappointed and hope no one else makes the same mistake I did. Quality is so bad and Customer Service is no better. Please beware!"

They offer good prices, and nice items. Ive ordered rings and necklaces. I can't believe some of the complaints on here. I think some people just look for trouble, and some make crap up. No, no one is perfect, and I'm sure there have been real complaints. But I in no way believe this company screws people intentionally. I think many times people are just looking to get something free. "

The order was placed on a Friday morning, 8 calendar days from his birthday, so I was comfortable about the ring being a belated gift. I receive an email the Tuesday before his birthday, 4 days away, stating the ring was shipped. The ring arrived on Friday, the day before his birthday! I was so very surprised that we received this personalized message ring within 1 week! I was blown away! The band is beautiful, my requested message was exactly the way I wanted it, and best yet, my husband is incredibly happy with the gift. Thank you, Limoges Jewelry!!!!"

"I ordered from Limoges against my better judgement after reading the reviews. Yes, I got screwed, too. Ordered five birthstone bracelets for me and my sisters. A few weeks later I received ONE bracelet with a receipt stating that they had sent all five and the order was complete. The piece is beautiful, not cheap looking at all. But it would be nice to have all FIVE OF THEM, as I paid over $100 and only have ONE. I have been calling and e-mailing and no one there seems to care. Order from them at your own peril - don't be surprised when they screw up your order. And if you talk to Alice or Rose, they don't really care about customer service or helping to solve the problem."
"I'm sorry to say that they do not follow through with their online "guarantees." I ordered an item to arrive GUARANTEED by Mother's Day, and it did not. When I called to have my shipping money refunded, they were completely unwilling to fully refund my money. The best they could apparently do was give me 30% back on my order, which did not come close to the price I paid for supposedly guaranteed shipping. I will not be using this company again."
"DON'T USE LIMOGES!!! It is the worst service I have ever experienced (besides Comcast, maybe). I purchased two necklaces for Mother's Day on April 10th and was told I would receive another email letting me know my order had shipped. After two and a half weeks, I still didn't receive the email, so I called customer service. My representative told me the necklaces were back ordered (which they failed to mention when I purchased the necklaces), but that I should receive my necklaces by Mother's Day. A few days later, I got the email confirming my necklaces had shipped on May 1st, but the link for the tracking number was invalid. I called customer service again to see when the package would be delivered, and they told me by the Friday or the Saturday before Mother's Day. Now today, the day after Mother's Day (which is 31 days after I made my order), I still haven't received my package, so I called again for the third time, and the package should be delivered in 14 business days from May 1st, so by May 20th, which is 10 days after Mother's Day. I asked for a full refund, which they said they could give me if I ship the package back after I receive it. So they want me to wait until May 20th to send the necklaces back (oh, and the shipping is an out-of-pocket cost for me) to get my full money back (minus shipping expenses) within 2 billing statements (that's another few weeks). After some prodding, the representative told me they'd return 10% back, which doesn't even cover the cost of shipping back to them or to my mother."
