Very INEFFICIENT service
"Very INEFFICIENT system in ordering meds from K V Supply website....each prescription has to be input individually, no way to sign up for Auto-ship then the Vet name and clinic name has to be input for each individual prescription. (Not even copy and paste!!!). And I called the Pet's Choice Pharmacy in Belleville, KS to see if my pet's heart meds had been mailed yet....since everything was Faxed in and paid for 4 days ago....only shipped out today. The Customer Service call Rep was rude to me on the phone. The pharmacy they use is just as inefficient if not more so (Pet's Choice Pharmacy). The Rx has to be Faxed from the Vet office (not from the owner...even if you have a written Rx in hand), then after the Pet's Choice Pharmacy receives this Faxed Rx prescriptions, then the pharmacy Faxes a sheet back to the Vet...to verify the meds ?????. Just wasted 3 days in all this INEFFICIENT PROCESS and now I have not received my pet's heart meds in the mail...only have 2 tablets left. My Vet had expressly written 6 refills noted on all Rx's....this pharmacy has no record of refills. All this process will have to be input in website or called in to K V Supply every 3 weeks in an ATTEMPT to try to receive heart meds for my dog on a regular schedule. Who can operate a business like this?? Am searching for another pet medicine supplier....you should too. "
"I ordered 4 - 5 way vaccines for my puppies...I ordered on Thursday then received on Friday the ice was melted and shot were hotI placed them in freezer because i heard you could store this product for up to 1 year in the freezerThe product ending up freezing.I called KV VET and told them what had happened they told me the product was ruined by the time i received it and since i placed it in freezer they would not give me any refund...I will NEVER ORDER ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY OR WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER ORDER THEIR 5 WAY SHOTS FROM THE COMPANYRIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I placed an order a prescription medication for my pup and after a week I called my vet yesterday to see if they had received the request from KV Supply yet as the order status states "This item will process and ship after Prescriptions are approved. All prescriptions will not be fulfilled until approved by your veterinarian." My vet confirmed that they received fax requests 4 days in a row and each time sent authorization back. Yesterday my vet called KV Supply when another fax was received. Per KV Pharmacy, their incoming fax is not working (which should have been a red flag to me as to how intelligent the people at this company are....why send a approval request via fax if they couldn't receive back), so KV Pharmacy took a verbal authorization from my vet. I called today to check the status of the medication and was told that they were waiting on the approval. When I explained the vet had called in yesterday due to the repeated faxes, I was told the rep would need to take my name /number and call me back after she emailed the pharmacy. She was "unable to call them due to increased call volume at this time". At that point I informed the rep that I would need to cancel the order today as this was ridiculous. She asked if she would be able to give me a call back with the status. I asked her if I would receive a call back today and was told that she "could not give me an answer about when she would call me back". I explained that if I did not hear something by this evening I would cancel and go elsewhere and asked her if I could request a cancellation on-line if it was needed. She huffed and said that I was "asking too many questions she could not give me answers to" and that it would be a "hassle because she would have to go to another area to process a cancel request if I ended up cancelling". I was then placed me on hold and she was, "by some miracle", able to reach the pharmacy, who confirmed that, by yet another miracle, a fax from my vet came in yesterday. She said that the order would be processed today and shipped out, but I will not believe that until I see it. So, to sum this up, the customer service is absolutely horrible and the lack of intelligence as a whole from them is insane. It's no wonder that they don't have many repeat buyers."

"I placed my first order with KV Supply on 4/14/18 for 8 bags of prescription lactated ringer solution for my cat who has to have subcutaneous fluids every other day. On 4/15/18 I received an order confirmation and on 4/16/18, I received emails from KV Supply and UPS that my order had shipped via UPS 2 day delivery.I received my order in pristine condition today, 4/18/18. The bags of fluid were inside a styrofoam container which was packed inside a sturdy shipping box that was marked "Perishible", "Fragile", "Do not freeze" and "This end up." I have been ordering Lactated Ringer Solution from big, reputable online pharmacy retailers for 6 years and none of these suppliers have ever packed my order as secure as the one I received today from KV Supply's pharmacy partner. Considering the ordering process was easy and only took 4 days which included a weekend and time for the pharmacy to obtain approval from my vet, I am astounded at the stellar service I have received from KV Supply. The service was top notch and the price was lower than all of the other suppliers I have used in the past for this life saving prescription for my cherished pet."

"I will NEVER purchase from this company again. I purchased arthritis medication for our Dalmatian. It took a week to arrive and the wrong product was sent. I ordered a chewable and did not receive a chewable. It took a week for KV to respond to me and they responded that prescriptions are non-refundable. They sent the wrong product!!!!!I am debating whether to put the purchase in dispute with my credit card company as KV clearly has no intention of correcting their error and sending us the product we had ordered. "
"This company is a joke and definitely do not have pets best interest in mind. I put in an order for heartguard 2.5 weeks ago. I finally called to see what was going on and they said they were waiting for my vet to approve the order. When I called my vet who I have been using for 20+ years, they said they never received it and would call the company to approve it. If after 2.5 weeks, the company never heard a response, you would think that they would follow up with my vet or myself. Now my dogs are past due on their heart worm medication and the order is still just processing so who knows if I'll ever see it. Worst company. Will NEVER use them again!"

So now it is 2 weeks later and on Wednesday I e-mail to ask how it is coming with no reply. Then on Thursday I call and am told they e-mailed the department that could help me and would call me back with the information before they left at 8 Pm or 10:30 Am the next day. Well believe it or not I never got that call. So on Friday (today) I call again and am told the same thing. I say " are you really going to call by 8 PM becasue I was told that yesterday." Oh yes she says. I assure you I will call you before I leave with updated information. Well it is now 8:47 and I got no call. I will be calling Monday to cancel my order and I WILL NEVER do buisness with these people again."

The only reasoning they gave me was that it was fraud. They told me the phone number listed was not my phone number and that I was shipping to a different location than where my email was.
