"After a month of waiting, they shipped my vents with hardly no protection and just slammed into a box. Yes, broken... These guys are RUDE, don't deal with them."
"Worst business I've ever encountered. DO NOT ORDER FROM IMPORT SHARK. I've made 2 orders. Combining both, I waited 8 months to receive 2 simple things. One purchase was a simple $35 part. That took 4 months. After emailing Mike, the owner, he said it'd shio next week (after waiting 3 weeks) it did not. It shipped 3 months later. Filled a dispute via PayPal. He replied with "We are canceling your order until you cancel this dispute bullshit with mommy and daddy. Grow up."Mike and his business deserve to burn in hell. He's an awful person running a awful business. Los life and white trash. Hope he doesn't have a family, I'd feel bad for anyone dealing with his lies on a daily basis. They probably hate him. I don't know anyone who likes him, why would they? "
"I have placed a few orders with import shark before but after having 3 snail mail packages that took two weeks and one more I have yet to receive after almost a month I wanted to post some info for others. I would not recommend this company at all. I have asked faster shipping and was always told they don't offer it. After emailing them and being told Hyundai owners are cheap and don't want to pay anything additional I had to post this review. The customer service is horrible and they don't believe in communication. The parts with the exception of the key fob are cheap and seem like a cheap Chinese company makes everything. If you want a bad experience but from them all day but if you value your money pay more and get a better experience elsewhere. *****update***** received my package after almost a month and I received the wrong items. This site import shark is a joke and not worth the frustrations."

"Let me start off by saying that I have never dealt with such bad customer service as this. I have never seen any company speak to a client like this. Generally they speak well to clients and want to make them happy. I will not be ordering from this company again and will let all of my friends and shops know about how poor this company treats there clients. Now lets get to what happened. I ordered the carbon fiber hood vent and in turn got the unpainted vent replacement. The vent is not well made at all. If you look at the back side of the vent there is many imperfections. "So I ordered some wheel caps for my car in early February waited 3 weeks never received them. So I sent importshark an email asking why I had not received them and why their was no tracking number. They said my order would be in next week so next week comes and still nothing. I sent another email telling them I still had not received them. They did not respond. I wait about 4 days then send another email saying I wanted my money back I have been waiting over a month. They respond with dont worry sir we assure you that your item will be there in two weeks our shipping has been messed up due to Asian holidays. So I wait two more weeks and still nothing... sent numerous emails and they never responded and I just received my item last night and the item was dented and almost broken. . Never dealing with them again worst company ever. Waited 3 months to get a broken item. "
"I've ordered two emblems for my Tiburon from IS and payment was sent through PayPal. I still have no confirmation on what is going on with my order. I've already emailed about my order and still i've yet to get back a response. Like all others before me who have ordered from them I will no longer buy parts from them. All it takes is a simple response to an email to let people know what's going on with their order."
"Ordered a wiring harness from them on 10/23/14. No one every bothered to tell me how much time it would take for this order to be fulfilled. A week later on 10/27/14 I contacted them via email and asked what the status might be. I was told at that time that it usually takes about 10 days to import from Korea and that I would receive tracking info when it was on its way. Another week goes by and I hear nothing. I check in again and was met with a very rude email telling me:"Again, when it ships, you will get tracking information. There's no need to keep asking the same question. When we get it, you will receive a departure confirmation immediately. If there would be a problem obtaining the item, we'd have notified you by "When I confronted this individual about their horrible customer service I received this response:""Usually about 10 days" is not set in stone. That's called an estimation. Also, when speaking with companies, if they say 10 days, that's generally business days. Regardless, the part is coming in very soon at this point, and hence and we do not expect there to be a delay. When it ships, you'll automatically receive a notification."Don't even bother with these guys. They're a complete waste of time. There are plenty of other places to go for KDM parts that aren't so unprofessional."
"Terrible customer service. Ordered an item a month ago and never got any notification about it till I filed a dispute on Paypal. That's when they noticed they didn't send me the item...and called me out on "telling on Mommy" (Paypal) and instead I should have contacted them for support. NO, the CORRECT thing you should have done is to keep me updated on my purchase, not complain to me about how bad your customer service is. And really? Being rude about it all? I was a customer before...purchased two expensive products off them, but now, NEVER AGAIN. Worst place to buy parts from. Just use their storefront to see what products are out there, and purchase elsewhere. These guys are horrid."
"I normally dont write a review, but I felt I have to share this.It was my third purchase from ImportShark. I purchased Headlight and taillight, and this time it was a front grille. I have to say, headlight and taillight was in okay condition, there were some problem with slow shipping and defect on items, but they resolved it in a timely manner. THIS time, I ordered, paid, and waited for a month. There was no process in my order status. So I emailed them, no reply. So after couple more days of waiting, I claimed paypal dispute, since maximum days for dispute is 45 days. I tried to contact them through paypal, no response. I complained via email, and now they are saying "Uh, you filed a dispute in Paypal. That means you canceled your order. We have nothing to say to you until you remove the dispute."And something like this;" There is nothing left to say to you unless you are going to cancel the dispute. Stop emailing us."They did not ever said 'sorry for delayed shipping or anything but complaining about paypal dispute.. I guess they don't care about me waited for a month. They were absolutely unprofessional. Will never do a business with them."
"I ordered an Emblem from this company off of their web site. The page on the site is very misleading. It shows a box of 2 emblems along with pictures of the front AND back of the car with the replacement emblems. There is ONE price listed at the top of the page. The description is confusing and ONLY down at the bottom there is drop down option that says "full set (+$35)". When I contacted this company their response in the email said..."Uh, this is a joke, right?" (copied and pasted word for word).I would never do business with such an unprofessional company! "
"I purchased a hatch spoiler for my son as a Christmas gift in Dec. 2012. A month pass and we heard nothing from ImportShark. My husband emailed Mike and it turned out the item was on back order. We waited and and through emailing found out it was no longer available. So we bought another more expensive one from ImportShark. I was charged for that one and recieved it in May 2013. The problem is that Mike never refunded Pay Pal the money he had received for the first one. We emailed Mike to correct the problem yet he never responded to any emails. We disputed it with Pay Pal but since it had been more than six months they could not do anything. I got his number while researching on the internet. I have called and left messages for him to please return my call but he hasn't. Today he finally answered and when I introduced myself and started to explain why I was calling he hung up on me. I would not but from Mike Carducci again. I don't want anyone to go through this."
"A month ago today I made a $500 purchase. The description specifically says "Will ship in 7-14 day". WILL ship, not might or should. Will. I emailed IS after not hearing anything after three weeks. I was very sincere in my email and I was just wanting to know the status of my order.. Two days after sending the email I received a message saying "We will email you when it has shipped." Not what I asked, so I reworded my email and sent it again. 5 days later and I've heard nothing. IS obviously doesn't give a shit about what customers think. Hello? Good customer service=good business. I would avoid IS by all means. I'd rather pay 2x as much for this part with another seller then have to deal with these people again. Also, reading a few of IS responses on the GenCoupe forum proves how rude they are. It's never their fault, always the buyers. Not worth it."
"They shipped me scratched eyelines and resisted an exchange that cost me 5 weeks time, missing the body shop appointment to have them installed. Mike sent me a disrespectful email refusing to refund my money until I returned the eyeline at my expense. Only after my credit card company intervened did Mike treat me as he should have at the very beginning. Very poor customer service."
