"Bankrupt, website gone, phone # gives continuous busy signal since January 2014, kiss your money goodby if waiting for an order because they charged credit cards immediately but are now gone. Phone calls in late 2013 received excuses and claims of backordered items on delayed ships from Japan, presumably all lies. Now I know to check this website for scams like this company."

"SCAM! It was a very legitimate looking website, so I called and ordered replacement blender bowls. Like the other customers, my credit card was charged immediately but the bowls never arrived. I tried emailing the company (geninfo@householdappliance.com) but the messages came back with a failure notice. I tried going to the website but now the website doesn't exist. I ordered the bowls in November, now it is May. I plan to dispute this charge with my credit card company."

I ordered a blender part from this company on 10/21/2013, my credit card was charged immediately but I did not receive the part when promised. I called three weeks later and was told all back ordered parts were delayed because of the government shutdown. The part would ship the next week. I called both 800 numbers for Household Appliance on 12/16/2013 and received a recording that the 800 number could not receive calls from my calling area. My next step is to reverse the credit card charges.

"Ordered a blender jar and seal rings on July 4th, called on August 22nd, September 19th, October 22nd, November 4th. Each time I was told that it was backordered, on its way, in the country, should be shipped this week, whatever it took to keep me from canceling the order. Of course the card was charged immediately. When I called on December 3rd and 4rd, I could no longer even get through, phone or "all circuits" were busy. Finally gave up and disputed the charge on my credit card exactly FIVE MONTHS after placing the order. DISGUSTING!!!"

"This is the worst company and biggest scam. I'm not one to usually fall for to good to be true, but I did with them. I was amazed at the great price of the replacement parts, just to be told after I waited and waited, that they were "on back order". The excuse was the because of the government shut down customs was closed and parts didn't make it through. That was a big fat lie. I called customs and shipments were never halted. I ordered over a month ago. So after calling and calling still nothing. There were quick to take my money, but not quick to refund the cancellation. Had to keep calling and bugging them to finally get a response. Oh oops it was overlooked I was told. SCAM SCAM SCAM There company story is a big ass lie and there is only one department and one man. No matter the extension you dial its the same person. One bored lonely man scamming people of there money. I knew it was for sure a scam when I found these reviews. Do not order a damn thing from this bullshit company. I only gave it one star because I had to. They get not one damn star from me."

"In may 2013, I ordered a back massager, since my wife had back surgery. It was naturally back ordered stating 3 to 4 weeks. In july i called, they stated it would arrive and would be shipped at the end of July. When it came and gone I recalled, they stated i would get it aug 15, when it came and went i recalled and they said it would be sent and arrive by Sept 1st. I said i never got a email, so they sent me a email, with a ups tracking number, with the billable amount. I kept checking the ups tracking, it never arrived at the ups station, a tag was made and shelved to satisfy me. Mid Sept I called got someone, and they saidit was so old that they would get it out, immediately, on 2 day air, hmmmmm. It is now Oct 6st nothing has come, no email. I am going to check my credit card statements, if they billedme i will contact them and have it deleted. I will contact Illinois better business bureau and report them as a con scam, and hope they are severly fined. Their reps lie, i dont even know if they are a real business. Who knows next thing you know they will try a new scam selling govermental insurance that doesnt exist."

"Not only did he/she charge my credit card immediately and then not ship the replacement Andis battery I ordered, they also didn't answer my many multiple emails about the order. I received ONE email stating that the product was backordered, and then nothing. No more emails, no product, and now it's too late to easily dispute the credit card payment.

Do NOT do business with this company. I plan to call my attorney next week and get my money back, even if it costs me more to get it back than I spent on the stupid battery.

"Avoid this scam artist at all costs! Ordered a part on 12/1/2012, charged my credit card 12/2/2012. Never was told that item was out of stock or on backorder. Called on 12/23/2012 to be told that item was being shipped out that day and I should receive a few days after Christmas. Still no item and I called on 1/14/2013 to be told that item would be shipped that day. Received a tracking number but when the tracking number showed that item was never dropped off at UPS in the first place. Called again on 1/18/2013 and was told by the supervisor "Dennis" that the label must have falled off and that they would resend that day but if I received the other one to "just keep it". Received another tracking number that day. Again tracking number shows that it was never dropped off at UPS. Received call from "Dennis" on 1/21/2013 saying they were "in the neighborhood" and would just drop it off. After waiting 2 hours for person to show up we finally got our part. But were we refunded the s/h fee? Of course not. Ridiculous. I could have paid $5 more and had it 6 weeks ago. Not worth the trouble and irritation."

"I too have been bitten by this guy. My guess is he works out of his basement, has no real inventory and just try's to find parts he can make a few dollars on by shipping direct from the real source. There's no other explaination for this many bad reviews. In the mean time I found a great place to buy appliancees and parts "Marbek" out of Overland Part KS. Quik, efficient, great prices too."

I made the mistake of ordering from this company, and now I'm beginning to wonder if it is even a legitimate place of business.

I placed an order on 8/21/12, they charged my credit card immediately and as of 10/12/12, I still have not received my blender parts. I also have not received a reply to my email inquiring about the status of my order, since the original email from them confirming the order states that back ordered items take longer to ship. And I've tried calling them several times and no one picks up the phone and does not allow one to leave a message.

"I should have checked here first. These jokers are terrible. I ordered a few simple blender parts in late March 2012. They billed my credit card immediately (which they're not supposed to do until they ship), then didn't ship and didn't ship. I followed up in late April, and they assured me it was a backorder problem with one of my parts and they'd ship that week. Two weeks later they finally shipped - and then the order wasn't complete. Avoid these guys at all cost"

"I ordered an Oster Professional Classic 76 Clipper along with an Oster Finisher Trimmer Kit on 10-21-2011. It is now 12-09-2011 and I have yet to receive these items. I have written numerous e-mails, each unanswered, and placed numerous calls at their so called business hours but I keep getting the "business hours are closed" message. Going to get my money back. For anyone else looking to place an order with this company, I advise you to look elswhere. "
