Not good

"Ordered product on 3/5/17 got confirmation of the order and payment made. Cleared the bank. Called today 3/10 as I haven't gotten a shipping email only to be told they don't have stock of the product. I asked how and when they intended to let their customer know only to get bs answer. I asked for a refund and was told they would send an email confirmation within 30 minutes which has yet to happen. Hopefully the refund process dousnt go as well as their stock balance on product they are selling that they don't have stock of. Price is negligent when you don't stock the product!"

Disappointed after years of great service

"I've purchased over $2,000 worth of product from GotVape over the past four years. My experience has always been great. Their prices are as expected, I place the order and the product comes. I recently placed a decent-size order that came in three pieces. The first piece came as expected. The other two, which was over $400, did not come. I checked the tracking information and UPS says that the labels were created and but the packages were not received by UPS.

I followed up a full week after placing my order and was told that they would replace my order once they hear back from UPS. Nine days later - crickets. I make another inquiry. Now they tell me that UPS says that they "should" hear back by next week and, after they do, they'll replace my order via USPS.

REALLY? What year is this? Is this how modern Internet retailers do business? They certainly won't be doing anymore with me.

What they should have done is immediately replaced my order or, at least offered to ship the replacement overnight. There is too much competition to deal with this nonsense.

Good to Bad to Beautiful

"Placed an order on a whim, cool informative site, easy to order. I received confirmations all the way through through the process, good.

The order was due to arrive on a Wednesday, BUTTTTTT..... my vaporizer was a no show/no call. So I called up UPS and they gave me the run around, distraught I called Got Vape.

I forget the guys name that helped me, but kudos to him for taking care of me. He instructed me on how to file a claim with UPS and sent me my lost order out that day.

I really appreciate the help, when this same situation happened with my last Target order, it took a few weeks to sort out. Thanks GV

"My most favorite purchase so far this year, made a change from smoking to vaping, hoping I can actually quit smoking this time. I've tried everything, gum, patches and even acupuncture to no avail.

So hopefully this works, either way came quickly and was discreetly packaged.

"Just wanted to personally thank Jason for helping me out. I wasn't able to process my credit card online because of an error. I've never had this problem, like ever (well at least in the last 15 years).

Ends up my wife cancelled this card and I had zero idea, Jason was kind enough to tell me politely and walk me through adding the correct card to the order. Thanks guys!

"i ordered a brand new vape called Exxus and it said it was in stock but I didn't notice they put PREORDER ONLY on it. That's ok, I got it as soon as they said I would and it works so good and wasn't broken. "

Got Vape Saved Me

"I thought I was screwed when my boyfriend dropped and broke my Sutra, but when I called to see if I could get a discount on a new one they offered to switch it out for me. I have never experienced a company that backs their products to that extent and the excellent customer service and response time just puts them over the top."

Same song different verse...

"Like so many others posting here, I have been ripped off by Gotvape.com. Placed an online order for replacement screens. Long story short, they charged my credit card but never delivered the screens. After several phone calls and email exchanges over the next six weeks, still no response. At one point they claimed item was back ordered, but showed them as in stock on the website. Finally gave up and asked to cancel the order, they said they would credit my account but they have not. While they are long on promises, they come up short on customer service and performance."

"Absolutely horrible service. Will never buy from again. An item we ordered was back ordered, we waited a month and a half before contacting go vape to ask they why they charged our credit card for an item they didn't have in stock. They told " It was now in stock and would be shipped immediately, via priority, due to us having to wait so long, and it should be here by friday". Not only they did they not do as they said they would, they also sent us an email stating that it was shipped, but that the tracking number would not work on the carriers website,. Very unprofessionally run business!"

"This is my was my first order from Gotvape. I looked for a shipment email for a week. I looked up my order number couldnt find it in their system. I call Got Vape to find out they're system doubled my order and held back the whole shipping process by a week. Guy says would you rather us charge you double or wait? My response was Id rather neither and why couldn't you overnight my package to make sure I got it in the time frame expected. Goes without saying I'll continue to look for a better vape site."

"Bait and switch scam. The website said they had the product we wanted. Even accepted an offer on price match. Then we were charged for the full order when the partial order shipped. Other places only charge you when shipped... apparently not "Gotvape". And then we find out when part of the order was delivered that the main product we wanted wasn't available ... the manufacturer had discontinued the product. Then the guy offers me a much higher priced product at a discount that was $50.00 more than the product I wanted. They claim they have a problem with their website. Sorry. The ordering system should be able to tell you if something is in stock when it was ordered. I'm not a happy shopper. Can't tell you whether I'm happy with their return policy since I haven't gotten my money back as yet. That remains to be seen."
