"The associate was friendly, but the supervisor who was sitting at a computer did not look up or acknowledge any of the customers. When the associate asked the supervisor for change (he only had two dollar bills when three were needed) she approached the register and asked what he needed. Instead of taking the time to obtain dollar bills for the associate as requested she stated here's what you do and removed 4 quarters from the register. Someone with good customer service skills would have looked at the customer first and asked do you mind coin or would you prefer bills? Because I am a customer who didn't want four extra quarters (on top of the two I was already getting). It's a small event when you look at just this one instance, but I have been in this store before and have not enjoyed my experience. Never an associate around to help you shop. I won't be back which will delight the store supervisor."
