"I purchased sunglasses online and I tired to return (size was big for my wife) at Guess store near my home and they said that they don't take returns. Nearest GbyGuess store from home is 50 miles. I tried contacting customer care by phone Mon-Fri multiple times, but no luck. I tried sending a question online @ https://gbyguess.com/en/customercare/contactus/, but site doesn't work."
"Guess shipped my items 3 days after I placed the order in the early morning. So shipping speed-wise they're not fast. Items arrived well packed. I made a return and the reason it's convenient is that there's no need to request an RMA. When they receive the return, they send you an email and your return is posted within 2 days. Pretty fast."
