Upon checking the records of messages connected with your email address in our system, I found out that you've never contacted us regarding the mentioned issue. I can see that you bought PSN Gift Card that should be activated only on UK account. If your account set to another region, you won't be able to activate the code.

Also, I noticed that you opened a dispute with PayPal. I'd like to mention that if PayPal dispute has been opened, our support is simply not able to check the order and interfere into the case. Unfortunately, PayPal disputes can take that long and I'm kindly ask you for some patience on this matter.
