"Had I read the reviews of this merchant, I probably would not have shopped here. As it is, my experience seems to be an exception.I had ordered five ring set, but only one was sent. I immediately went to the Chat feature. The agent was friendly and promised to send the missing rings immediately. In fact, the missing rings arrived in a more timely fashion than the original shipment. Admittedly, I was surprised to get the exact four that were missing. It made me question their quality control as to why all five weren't sent and how did they know which one I had received because I never described it."
Never Received Package
"I ordered a personalized necklace for my Mother for Christmas and never received my package. I emailed Customer Service, explaining that I never received the necklace that I paid for, and their response was that they couldn't do anything since it was delivered on their end. Essentially, I was out of the $100+ amount I spent on the necklace and shipping, and they were going to do nothing about it. Nothing like this has happened to me before, and I was flabbergasted by their "you're on your own" response. Never shopping here again!"
"Never will I order from this company again! I ordered a personalized ring for my mother, and paid for the extra shipping to arrive before Christmas. I track my order and see it's finally in Houston,Texas. Which it should be arriving any day now just in time for Christmas! The next day I still hadn't received my ring, so I go track it and I see it was mis-shipped!!! But was worse was that It was mis-shipped to Louisiana!!! It's Friday 2 days before Christmas! So I call and she said give it till Saturday. I go to my post office Saturday and it hasn't evan left Louisiana!! I call them they refund my shipping price and said it will arrive Tuesday after Christmas! It's Tuesday and my package is still not here!! They say there is nothing they can do about it but if not by tomorrow to call again. I won't be refunded since it's a personalized item! But something will be done. Don't waste your time with this company!! It's all for looks. They lost me as a customer!"
cheap, fake and not as advertised
"I ordered a Baltic amber necklace without checking reviews. it is the cheapest piece of crap. looks like it came out of a 25 cent machine. it was supposed to have a sterling silver chain and it came on black fabric rope! I wish I would have read company reviews before I spent $40. waiting on a prepaid envelope label in my email to send it back but I'm worried it won't come after reading the reviews. either way I'm out the $9 in shipping. do not buy from them this is a scam company"
Go Somewhere Else
"If you are looking for disappointment this is the place to shop. My first two purchases were back to back necklaces for my wife and mother, christmas gifts.My wifes necklace had a large scratch on it, and my mothers necklace was MISSING 3 BIRTHSTONES CLEAR AS DAYThey must inspect the product with their eyes closed.Worst experience I've ever had with a "jeweler" Go big or go home. Go to Kay Jewelers and pay the extra $ at least they wont let you down. I wanted to save money here but I guess I got what I paid for. I paid over 200$, guess that's not enough to fully inspect the product.Super sad experience. Should of looked at reviews for this place first just never ran into a crap place like this before."

Website very deceitful.
"UPS 2 day shipping implies that they expedite making your order and get it sent out right away. Not the case! No indication that it will still take almost a week. 2 days to leave factory and 2 day delivery with a weekend in the middle of it. Ordered Wednesday 6/14/17 and received on Monday June 19th.Customer Service is terrible. Not even a "Sorry you were disappointed". They could at least pretend to care about customers impression of their company."
"Received present late after paying for 2 day shipping received it 8 days later and the free gift was NO WHERE to be seen. There excuse was there is No Guarantee on shipping yet they charge you for 2 day shipping why pay extra if there is NO GUARANTEE"

Don't waste your money
"I just recently placed an order for Mother's Day. They have send Someone else order. I called customer service and they wanted me to send it back. Who ever order that got shipped to me the quality and material is horiable. I actual that it was a advertisement pendent because it was so blurry. The chain that I also order was cheap and thin; even Michaels crafts store chains are better! My last time I will never place an order Thur Eves Addictions! Although the delivery is great! Recieved the items between 3-5 days!"
I ordered 3 things - 2 they cancelled

Really Poor Engraving
"I purchased a silver charm necklace with engraving on both sides. The engraving quality was okay, but the problem was in the formatting. I typed it in so that it was all one one "line" on each side. When it came engraved, the line of text had been broken into 2 lines on each side, completely ruining the meaning. In addition, the "front" of the charm is scuffed. It was really disappointing. I did not return the item as it was time sensitive. Luckily it was the "thought" that counted..."

"My experience was a complete and utter nightmare. I ordered a charm necklace. It came to me damaged. While I was on hold with customer service I found that I had received a second package in the mail. Behold, it was a second duplicate necklace that I received for some reason. The second necklace was damaged as well. When I asked for a refund they stated they can not refund me on engraved items even if they are damaged. They offered to send me a third necklace. I refused and wanted a refund. As this time the customer service rep got pushy, rude, and abrupt. I then got "disconnected" on hold. I then called back and finally got it resolved. I returned the items. The next day I get another order number and a "shipped item" notification in my mailbox. They had sent me a THIRD necklace that I did not order. I had to call back AGAIN and get a second return label and finally send that one back as well. The jewelry was super cheesy and cheap looking. Nothing like the picture. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!"
