Great service and first rate product

"We found our flooring at one of our local companies. When they quoted us the price, I nearly chocked. I began searching the internet and am thankful to have found DWF! I was skeptical ordering flooring for most of my downstairs over the phone. I am very thankful I did. Tania was wonderful to work with and answered every question I had. The product is first rate and EXACTLY the same as our local company (without the extremely high mark-up). They were great in letting me know when the product would ship/arrive. Looking forward to ordering from them again!!!!"

Personal service, discount prices, quality fooring

"Our experience with DWF was excellent. We ordered Armstrong flooring for four rooms... prefinished hardwood (etched oak) an luxury vinyl tiles. We saved an amazing amount of money compared to a local flooring store. The quality of the flooring was top-notch --- only one plank of flooring had a minor defect out of MANY boxes. I contacted the office a few times with questions, and they were very available and helpful. Scheduling delivery was professional and on-time. Very happy overall!"

Great prices, great products, will use again

"I ordered flooring for a kitchen, two bedrooms + closets, and one bathroom. I have a few more rooms left once these projects are complete. DWF had a great selection and helped me through the purchase decision on which products met my needs the best. Arrival of products was as expected, and boxes were in good shape. Simple transaction

"I needed some Bruce hardwood flooring to match what I already had in my house. I did a google search and DWF came up. Their price was half of what the orange and blue box stores were charging. I called DWF told them what I wanted and that I wanted the freight charged to my company freight account and where I wanted it delivered. Five minutes total transaction time. I received a call the next day that the flooring I ordered was on back order with Bruce and it was going to take a couple weeks to arrive. Flooring arrived when they said it would and was all perfect. My sale was simple because I knew what I wanted. Shop around and give them a call I am sure you will save some money."

Delays and no response

"I ordered my flooring a month ago and still have not received it. The flooring sat at the manufacture for well over a week before DWF even went to pick it up. I called several times and each time was told that the floors were in they just needed to pick them up and that they would pick them up that day. I spoke with two managers that told me they would call me back to confirm and neither of them called me back. Finally after getting upset, they did pick up the flooring and shipped it a couple days later.

Six days ago I got a call from the freight company stating that they were ready to deliver but that I would need to unload the flooring from the truck myself. I explained that I had paid for a lift gate. They told me that it was not on the bill of lading and they would have to call DWF to get approval. I suspected that DWF had not returned their calls just like they had not returned my calls so I placed a call and sure enough there had been no communication. Once again there were lots of apologies from DWF and promises that it would be taken care of.

I am still waiting for my flooring.

Although the price point is good, the service is terrible. Add several weeks of extra time for delays and check often to be sure your order is processed and moving along. Don't rely on DWF to follow thru and do a thorough job.

Not suited for home owners

"Never was told that there is an extra cost for home delivery even after asking if I was a home owner or contractor. Came to know in the day of deliver when Deiver called and asked for if I had a forklift !!! I told them that I will call my credit card company and complain. I was stuck as my floor was all out and crew was coming to work and sales person knew it so he threatened me that if that is the case he would ask the material. Ack and refund my amount. What good is that. Agreed to pay additional $75 and without even getting approval , they charged my card ( which they had for first payment ) without my approval. Dangerous if they are keeping your CC information and using it without your prior approval. I just cancelled that card before anything wrong happens. If I am a home owner , I would stay away. Otherwise okay to deal with. "

“The delivery company requested a liftgate, which we confirmed with the customer. The liftgate doesnt come standard with the delivery, according to our terms and conditions. We would never charge a customer without their approval.
