Wrong product sent, no response to many calls/emails
"This company has no idea how to provide good customer service. I used their website to determine the right product for my car. I purchased the item and it was not compatible. I called to return it and could not get a person so I left a voicemail. Two days later I tried calling again but this time left a voicemail and an email requesting information on how to return for a refund. Still noone responded so after another call and email I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Meanwhile the useless product is still sitting here waiting for someone to want it! The low price definitely wasn't worth the hassle involved...AVOID THEM!"
Customer service is garbage!
"After telling customer service that their product arrived missing wires, they proceeded to tell me that it was a manufacturers problem and not theirs. Then they told me I had ordered the wrong part to begin with (not true, I had already talked to the manufacturer about which product I needed). Next, when told that the same product had electrical issues in the Drivers Information Center (DIC) (my product was an over priced wiring harness used to remove said DIC), they told me they would REDUCE their restocking fee for my inconvenience. So essentially they want me to pay them for taking back an item that they sent out that was defective from the beginning. Again, I attest that their Customer Service is complete trash!"
"As a gift for Christmas I bought a friend a radio for his truck. Unfortunately I received an email later saying the product was on back order and was given the option to have another radio sent instead of the one I had chosen. I called and sent an email after being on hold for 10 minutes. I simply asked if I would get the product I had choose before Christmas. I did not say that I wanted the other head unit (the product I didn't choose) sent to me. I got a reply saying that my order was shipped. My package arrived it was the radio I had not asked for. I told my friend there was a mix up and they sent the wrong headunit. He didn't have a problem it but it wasn't the gift he asked for. Overall my experience with CarAudiGiants is not what I had hoped for. I would honestly go another company instead of deal with this again. "
"Product ordered was at a very low price but was backordered with no future ship date. I replied via email to cancel order. Followed up with phone calls that were never answered or returned. 4 days later order shipped despite my instructions to cancel. Product arrived did arrive. After many attempts I finally spoke to a person who told me a restock charge of 20 Percent would be deducted from refund. Oh and I had to pay the return shipping. So, this is fishy because they would be making a profit on the back of poor service when I did nothing wrong. I kept the product and did not return for fear of never receiving the refund which seemed likely to me. You decide what to do."
Fake Warranty/ Zero Customer Service for a Return
"I received the Product as Described. After about eight months after my initial purchase, I had to make a claim with the Warranty Department. I Called them Repeatedly, along with Several Emails and Recieved Zero Response. I Eventually Called The Retail Department, Which of Course They Did Answer that Line, but When I Tried to Discuss the Issues I Was Having With the Warranty Department, they Instructed me That the Only Way they Would be Able to Help me Was Through The Warranty Section on Their Web Page. I Of Course Followed the Instructions on Their Page to File A Claim, but I was Never Contacted. I Attempted to do this Over 5x With Zero Response. I've Dealt With Many Warranty Departments my Life, but This Had to be the One that Felt Like the Biggest Scam... Literally NO ONE would Call me Back, and still Hasn't. Thanks"
