"I am more then pleased with my purchase from CCS/Calcellular.com and with the customer service rep's I spoke with before and after I placed my on-line order.
I ordered four new battery sets to replace the ones in four of my cordless AT&T phones that were more then a few yr's old and neither of the four phones would function for more then 20-minutes without going dead and disconnecting the ph call. The batteries arrived two days earlier then I expected based on the fact that I placed my order late Thursday afternoon 2/9/12 and they were in my mailbox by the following Wednesday Feb,15th, and not as figured for Fri, 17 since they were coming from California and i'm located in NY. so that is a big plus showing this company's is reliable and fast to dispatch and ship your order.
Also the batteries appear to be of as good or better quality then the original ones they are replacing, and as of today after two weeks of every day use they are still holding their original first 15 to 20 hr initial first charge and have yet to shown low batt status or needed to be placed back on the charge caddy.
One word of caution to anyone with a cordless phones, never constantly keep your phone on the charge caddy holder that most people mistakenly do which ruins your batteries, it will shorten your battery life by over charging it as it develops a shorter recharge memory. This is a problem many people make and then they blame the battery is of poor quality and the retailer they bought it from when it's actually their own fault, also the first initial charge is also important.
