"This flower company is the WORST and they are THIEVES!!!!The last 3 times I ordered flowers they did not arrive on time - EACH TIME THIS HAPPENED! I had to live chat with their idiot CC reps who then re-scheduled the orders (Please note, I am not a complete ****, I had in a stupid thought process signed up for their platinum membership at $39.99 for a year of free shipping hence why I kept re-ordering with them)Finally I have had it with them due to pre-ordering flowers for mothers day which NEVER arrived. They should have shown up May 12 and it is now May 19th with no flowers in sight. I emailed, live chatted and called (no one answers) I FINALLY received a generic email stating that Bloomex does NOT provide refunds.. Awesome, so no flowers, no refund...**** out of luck. Absolutely the worst, would never recommend or order here again and now I'm out $40 - LOSERS!"

Don't use Bloomex
"I used Bloomex a couple of times a few years ago at work to send flowers to co-workers having children and it worked find. I wanted to send flowers to a departing co-work this year and the experience was so different. I The picture of Tulips looked very nice, so I ordered then to arrive next day, paying extra for before noon delivery. They didn’t show up on time so when I called I had trouble getting help on the phone as they push you to their online chat, but finally got help. They asked to send the order elsewhere, then deliver a another day (it was Friday and the persons last day) They finally agreed to deliver that day and the package arrived around 4PM. The flowers looked dead and the card was bent out of shape. When I sent images of the flower and card the agreed to give me a credit but no refund, not even for the early delver charge.Now a couple of months later I decided to use the credit for a basket of chocolate rather than flowers. I had to use $55 credit in one shoot so I order a supersize basket with a card total around $40, and I had to pay tax and deliver. But they sent the standard size with card, around $30. Still waiting for resolution. But I will never use them again and can’t recommend them to another else."
"Ordered a nice bouquet for $60 with express delivery for Mother’s Day yet, she got 6 dying tulips. It looks it doesnt matter what you order they will send crap flowers anyway. Not that it doesnt look like the picture but absolutely nothing to do with the order. Worst customer service as well. Nothing has been done to correct the situation. I will never use them again."

"No flowers delivered on Mother's day. Charged my card. Now claiming flowers were delivered but they have no proof. Chatbox useless robots and emails useless.Stay away from this company. 102 year old Mother missed Mother's Day
"I don't live in the same area as my Mother so I rely on a florist to live up to commitments. I ordered the flowers the week before Mother's day and paid for delivery on Saturday (knowing it was crazy busy on Sunday). I was not contacted but they were not delivered. So my 102 year old mother did not receive the gift. When I tried to contact them, they had so many issues that they shut down the call in line. Their chat line basically said - what do you want an apology we were busy that weekend - do you want the delivery money refunded? I asked to be contacted so that we could address it properly and was told by Tina we can talk only here. Don't depend on them to do the right thing."

"Ordered flowers for mother's day. Niece took a photo of what was delivered and I was beyond shock. A vase of dandelions would have been better. NOT AT ALL what I ordered and despite 5-6 emails and 4 on-line chats, I still haven't got replacement flowers or my money back .DO NOT ORDER from these crooks. I am contacting RCMP because this is fraud. Had I not had someone at the other end (5000 km from me), I might never have known what flowers were delivered. They weren't even CLOSE to what I ordered online."
Worst florist experience ever
"I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day and it wasn't delivered until TWO DAYS later. The message we had written to our mom was not included. And the bouquet looked nothing like what was advertised. When I tried contacting the company, the phone lines were shut down. I emailed them about the late delivery and asked that I at least be refunded the price of the delivery, since it wasn't delivered on the date I asked. They will not issue refunds, but I was given a 20$ store credit toward my next purchase. As I will never use this service again, I don't know what good a store credit will do. "

"WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Ordered flowers for my mother-in-laws birthday in April, nice arrangement with a mason jar as a vase, well unless she cut them in half they would never have fit. That was the least of the problems.....delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS - Senior MIL had to drive to a strangers house to pick up her flowers!!!!Forget trying to get anyone on the phone, they will only speak to you to take your order and your money, once the order is placed if you have ANY problems they will not speak to you......they direct you to on-line chat or email. I have done both numerous times and NO RESOLUTION.SAVE YOUR MONEY.....HUGE SCAMMERS"

"Roses were all dead around the edges. Daises squashed. No greenery. Dead freesias and no powder to add to water to keep remaining flowers alive. Should be ashamed of themselves for delivering this quality (or lack of). Couldn't even reach the contact number on invoice to complain. Always busy. I wonder why....."

"ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mom for mothers day. a when she revived them the bar had been taped up and mangled and the flowers were upside down. when I proceeded with asking bloomex they told me they offer the flowers discounted because they can't be sure what state the flowers will be in . No offer of refund or replacement. WILL NOT use again."

"Wish I'd have read all these **** reviews... I spent 79.07 on TWO BOUQUETS Of flowers for mothers day for my mother in law and grand mother .... Thwy only received ONE bouquet...and they were wilted and are now in the garbage since Tuesday. They said it's their policy that they cannot refund processed orders but would love to send new flowers of equal value.. Or a gift basket... (Probably cause they know they'll be dead if they send flowers..). It virtually ruined mothers day for both of our loved family members. SO DISGUSTED. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE."

I spent over $50 and the flowers arrived half dead and the bag was full of petals. Within a day the flowers were brown and completely brown and dead. Do not waste your money by using this service."
