"I placed an order with BDC on 12/22/2012 for some stuff to have for a New Years Eve event. I knew it was close to the holiday's but I didn't feel I had much to worry about if they processed it before Christmas and even if they shipped it out after Christmas.But the holiday's came and went and there was no update on the order. It continued to say "Processing" every day I logged in. I became frantic on 12/26/2012 and wrote them an e-mail asking if they knew when they'd be processing the order and when it would ship. No response. I let another day go by and still no response so I went online and found similar and actually better items on wwww.iheartraves.comI wound up cancelling my entire order from BDC, and had to 2 day rush my order and wound up paying $36 in shipping costs so I would have my outfit in time for NYE. Ugh.But thank God they did not charge my card, I just double checked it.It's funny because as I'm writing this review I get an e-mail response from Anthony from BDC saying they were sorry they couldn't fulfill my order and that he hopes I'll give them another look in the future. Mind you, this is EIGHT DAYS LATER, and my e-mail had specifically noted that I needed my items for NYE and there was not even a mention of them not filling orders on time. With these terrible reviews, and my experience, I don't think I'll be checking back in with BDC. IHeartRaves took care of me and had it at my door 2.5 days later. From Cali to NYC, items in perfect condition, super cute. 5 stars."
"WHERE IS MY ORDER!!?!?!!! I ordered something for Halloween almost a month ago and still haven't gotten it. It was for my Halloween party this PAST SATURDAY! I have been trying to contact these people for the past week in a half and nobody is answering me. I was charged when I ordered this, and I want my money back because I had to buy other things.... Can anyone help!?!? Ahhhh!"
"These people are horrible! I ordered my tutu from them 07/31/2012 and I still haven't received anything! Of course they charged me right away, but have I seen my product... No! Very unprofessional of them. I don't know how company's like this stay in business. "
"DO NOT SHOP HERE. It is a SCAM. I ordered 2 tutu's and a pair of leg warmers, a few days later when I see my credit card was charged something different from my reciept, I find out they changed my order because one item was not in stock ( the only one I really wanted) without telling me, and only charged me 8.00 less for shipping, when shipping for that one item alone was 23.00. After confronting them, they told me that there was nothing they could do, the items already shipped and i was going to have to pay the 40.00 shipping charge PLUS a 10% restocking fee if i return it PLUS for the shipping back to them!! Now I find out that the items actually didnt ship until today, I asked them to cancel the order a week ago, which means they could have cancelled my order and refunded all of my money, but they have ignored my last 3 emails, and shipped it anyways. Now I have had to contact my credit card and have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!"
"I can't believe how much I love my led glove set. We went to a show and the flow wand and gloves were getting some good reviews and plenty of people wanted to try it out. As for Beat Drops Closet customer service, I had a unfortunate incident with an order and they definatly were able to not only fix the issue but restore my faith in humans and buisness again. "Warning do not buy from this seller. They charge your purchase when you order not when it ships. The order status always says the order has shipped. The carrier says the tracking number does not exist. Repeated emails to the company are never answered. They have no customer service. Had to ask my bank to reverse the charges."
"I ordered a pair of legwarmers mid october and needed them by Halloween. Everything seemed to go fine until Halloween arrived and I still didn't have my package. BDC offered no package tracking so I had no idea when it would actually arrive, or if it would at all. I did end up getting my package on Nov 2 and needless to say I didn't want it anymore since I had no more use for it. There was no return information in the package and BDC had no return info online. I ended up sending a message to their "Live chat" customer service and was successful getting a response. For a while I was worried I would be stuck with this $50 purchase that I had no use for! If anyone here needs their return information here it is:You must send your original invoice with the package (I had to print mine from their website) and include a description of why you are returning it. The package MUST be shipped via USPS or they wont accept it. The address for returns is as follows:600 Moulton AveSuite 202Los Angeles, CA 90031Hopefully this helps anyone who is having trouble contacting this company. I for one will never buy from them again just because of their poor customer service and information regarding shipping time. They sell a lot of their items through a company based in the UK, hence it takes FOREVER to get anything."

At least, they charged me at first and then the charge was not processed. I will never buy from them again, although they have cool items. "I've ordered from these guys a few times, and I can't complain about the service. The prices are pretty fantastic, and the quality is great. :D And my orders were always shipped quickly. Usually within a week, which is impressive for having them shipped to Alaska! However, if they're getting this many negative reviews, they need to step it up. o.O That's ridiculous!"
"This company is horrible. Very horrible. They are also Rave Ready, buyer beware. I originally bought from Rave Ready back in late October, a pair of UFO Pants, Godemperor23 shirts, Adjamiba pants etc. They are absolutely horrible when it comes to taking your order. My most recent purchase dated back to mid April. I ordered some Legwarmers, and a couple of Adjamiba skirts for a friend. I then ordered more since we were planning on attending EDC at the end of this month in Vegas. I have yet to receive these packages, I emailed them twice, checked the order status in which it seems like it has been stuck on "shipped" called the USPS they can't find it. I called my bank and I'm in the process of charge back and they are ok with it. I ordered a pair of adjamiba shirts directly from the UK since beatdrops didnt have it. I received those before beatdropscloset, and they are only 30 minutes away from my location. If you're planning on buying adjamiba stuff don't buy it from beatdropscloset go to www.cyberclubwear.co.uk much easier and faster."
"beatdropclost.com order placed Dec /17/2010 I emailed them 7 times product they say is backordered. I asked for refund over a month ago nothing yet. Wont answer my emails now. Requested the product, no answer. The website says if there is a problem with with order they will call and let you know. NOT ..VERY POOR SERVICE. I REALLY wanted a answer when they could deliver product. They could never provide me with an answer, just that it was still back ordered since Dec. very sad. "
"I ordered my outfit on January 24th and it's now March 3rd and I haven't received it. They took my $70 and assured me that it has been shipped when I sent an e-mail. When I tracked my order with USPS, they tell me that it's PREPARING for shipment. And they made it very clear that I won't be getting my money back. I'm not happy and I will be even less happy if I don't get my shipment in the next few weeks. Anyone who gives this website a good review is only doing it because the owner sent out emails saying that he'll provide free shipping if they do. Which was another lie because he didn't do it for me."
"I'm quite enthused with BeatDropsCloset.com I certainly enjoy surfing through the website, and stumbling upon great products. This was my first order, though I have directed many to the site who have made purchases. I ordered a pair of midnight mitts, along with a rave tube. The mitts are wonderful, I truly enjoy mesmerizing other ravers and friends whenever possible! The rave tube is certainly brilliant too, because it replaces the need for any glow sticks. I'd love to see a beat drops alternative to glow rings too! I've already posted on facebook about the merchandise, and a lot of people have messaged me for Beat Drops URL. I plan on buying more rave tubes, along with some other rave gear. I recommend BDC to any and all ravers, this site NEEDS to be on everyones must see list!"
