"Okay so my baby's 1st birthday was last month and I received a gift card for the Baby Bungalow from my aunt via email. I thought that was pretty cool, so I started checking out the website and found a few things I liked and a wall decorating kit that I was planning to use for my daughter's birthday party. (Just a side note: I would never normally shop from this site as they are insanely expensive.) I ordered on Dec. 19, 2011. My daughter's birthday was the 30th. I waited ten days like the email said and my package still had not arrived. I emailed them telling them how upset I was that I didn't have the items I ordered for my baby's birthday and I wanted to know where they were. I was emailed back the next day and the response was,"Hi, I checked on your order and unfortunately it has not shipped. The warehouse sent an email to you stating that the 3 piece feeding set was out of stock and we only had the sippigrips in pink polka dot but we never heard back. Please let us know what to do with your order."I NEVER got an email from them. I responded telling them this and to just send me the pink polka dot sippigrip and if they could just put the money back on my gift card so I could pick something else. I just got an email back a WEEK later saying that they can't do that but they can check on other Winnie the Pooh items and let me know about those if I wanted.It is already January 6th, 2012. At this point I just really don't care anymore. I'm glad it wasn't my money but I will be advising my aunt to make sure the site didn't charge her more than the $50 for the gift card I got. I also think she should dispute it with her credit card company. I will NEVER shop here again and I would never recommend it to anyone. Not if you want to keep your sanity that is. I just wish there was something less than one star that I could rate them."
"oh, No. I wish i read all this review before i order from babybungalow. I order the a $ 800 stroller from them and still not recvied . My credit card is been changed but, no stroller. I had call no one never answer. I e-mail them like 5 times that is 20 days later and on site said in more case would ship the same day if you order before 3 pm. Also, no one never call back or e-mail me back with the stauts. I am so scare. what should i do ??? someone please help. If any of you are reading this and like me want a stroller please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ( BABY BUNGALOW) I could of order from somewhere else but just thinking no shipping and no sales tax and a little cheaper that other so , i order from them. Oh, boy i am so wrong . I wish i would of read all other commoms first before. Because, i would not never never, never order from them . I hope i will get my stroller soon . "
"Hi. I had the same issue with this store just now. The customer service is HORRIBLE...... You don't get to talk to a real live person, everything happens through email. I purchased Dr. Brown bottles from them ( glass and the old style ) whitch they are advertising. I looked at a lot of stores and they had them, whitch made me happy until I received my order and NOTHING THAT I ORDERED WAS INSIDE THE BOX.....NOTHING. They decided to send me what the felt was right to substitute. No email no phone call that they don't have it, nothing, AND THEY ARE STILL SHOWING THESE BOTTLES ON THEIR WEB SITE. They wrote in my email that if I don't want send back. Right and I will have to pay the 20 % restocking fee. I wish I saw this web site first. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN...... AND I HOPE YOU WON'T EATHER. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. "
"I placed an order on July 24, and received a UPS notification within 2 days. My credit card was charged immediately. I was quoted a tracking number and receipt date of 8/2.On 8/3, after not having received my shipment I wrote to Baby Bungalow. On 8/4, I received an email apologizing for the delay, but they had not received their merchandise yet from their supplier. The customer service rep asked if I wanted to cancel the order or wait (no eta was supplied).I will not shop from Baby Bungalow ever again. I think it is wrong to charge someone's credit card for merchandise that is not even available to ship. I feel that it is wrong to promise a ship and receipt date on merchandise that is not even in one's inventory yet.Bad practice for a store that credits itself with excellent customer service!"
"Never have I been treated like a piece of meat before, but Baby Bungalow did it. They have the worst customer service anywhere.Here is my experience:I place an order from BabyBungalow.com in May for a stroller that shows "in Stock"After waiting the 5-7 days ship time ,they stated on the website, I contact them via email about the status of my order.The reply comes a day later saying that the item is on back order and it won't be availble for 3-5 weeks. I wish I knew that the day I ordered it. We decide after finding out that it is out of stock everywhere and to wait the 3-5 weeks. Not a big deal right, Wrong!!!It is now 7 weeks later. That's right 7 weeks and still no stroller. On Monday my wife sends another email asking about the status. Three days later (Thursday)they respond (horrible follow-up and customer service) and they say it will be another 4 weeks and it states at the end of the email that we may wait OR cancel. My wife responds that evening that we want to cancel the order. I get an email about 10 minutes later from Baby bungalow that the order has shipped. Arghh!!! That morning it was 4 weeks and that night it already shipped. Not just shipped that afternoon but it was tendered on Monday (the same day we asked about the status). After I cancelled we found someone with it stock and ordered from there. Now I don't want the Baby bungalow stroller. Then they try to tell me there will be a 20% restock fee. What?!? AM I wrong? I was given the option to cancel and took that option. The woman that handles Baby Bungalow is nasty and rude. She told me that she was right and I will pay the 20%. Horrilble experience. "We ordered some stuff for our kids that had a status of "IN STOCK" on September 6th. They charged our credit card almost instantly. Over two weeks later (15 business days easily, the site says 7 at the most) and the tracking info shows they didn't ship yet. An email and a phone call later (where you don't speak to an actual person) and we were eventually told the items were on back order and would arrive on today, September 28th. I checked their site and my tracking info again and the items still haven't even been shipped yet. We are calling the credit card company to dispute the charge and we are attempting to cancel the order with Baby Bungalow. I would never buy anything from this company. My biggest regret was not looking here first.EDIT - They canceled my order pretty easily via email. They threw in a "Have a lovely day." which reeked of sarcasm. I am still waiting to see the money refunded to my credit card."
"Ordered the Sunshine Kids Radian65 car seat that was shown as "in stock" on May 5 with free ground shipping via UPS. Card charged on May 6 and shipment confirmation via UPS sent on May 7 with expected delivery of May 14. That date passed and the seat never shipped. UPS says they never received the package but our card was charged. After calling and emailing to complain, they simply refunded our money leaving us in a bind for our family vacation without a carseat. If you are doing business selling children's car seats, you had better be reputable and these guys are not."
"I ordered a breast pump from this site (through Amazon) and using standard shipping, received it within a few days. It was packaged typically in a box with air-cell padding, and arrived as described on the site. I haven't used it yet, but it tests fine, and all pieces are accounted for and in new condition. They were the lowest priced of any store for this item."
"Very disappointed is not even strong enough to describe how we feel about our dealings with Baby Bungalow. We ordered a small piano for our daughter as her primary Christmas present. Their website said “IN STOCK!”, so we bought from them. Several days later, we got a message saying the shipment had been delayed “due to being held up in customs”; strange if this item was in stock.It is now 2/24/09. We have gotten every excuse in the book, and now shipment has been delayed until “4/20/09”. Not once have they even offered any compensation for the delay…I suggested that they change the “IN STOCK!” notice on their website, but they responded with “if you look right above the order button it states 4/20 as the ship date.”To make matters worse, they charged my credit card last year. I’ve tried to cancel my order, but they’re saying that my payment information has been purged from their records, and I need to give them my card number again so that they can credit my account. I actually have to trust them with my card information again after being lied to from the very beginning!We will not shop with them again."
"SO DISAPPOINTED! If I had taken the time to research this company and read their reviews, it would have saved me time, money and aggravation. The customer service is horrible. My order took over a month to arrive and it was wrong. I wouldn't take the time to work with this company. It isn't worth the trouble they will put you through. Save yourself the headache."
"I bought an organic crib mattress from Baby Bungalow, and when I bought it the page said that the item would ship the next day. A few days later I hadn't received any tracking info, so I wrote to them to ask if the item had shipped. I had to write to them a few times and each time all they would tell me was they they would let me know when they got the tracking info from the manufacturer. Almost two weeks later, I still haven't received any information from them, only short, rude (and I mean RUDE!) emails telling me I have to wait two weeks before they'll track anything for me. I actually wrote to the manufacturer myself and found out that the item didn't ship until more than a week after I made my order. However, that was almost a week ago and Baby Bungalow STILL has not told me that it has shipped, nor have they forwarded the tracking information that the manufactuer said they now have! Be careful about believing that items ship quickly--they don't! They advertise same day shipping but the fine print says that you have to allow 10 business days (which equals two weeks!) before they'll "track" your order! And their customer service is HORRIBLY rude so don't think you'll get any help from them if you're worried about your stuff!"

It's now a month after I ordered my product and I still have yet to receive it in the mail even though it's website still has a big green check mark that says "IN STOCK". Don't even bother calling them because I always got an answering machine, in which I still haven't received a call back from them. I have e-mailed them and they keep giving me the run around on when they will send it. Be Aware and don't order from them! It's not worth saving $5-10 off because of the huge headache you will get (I could have just purchased from ToysRUs in the beginning with no hassle!)"
"An online retailer is only as good as its return policy and Baby Bungalow's is horrid. I accidentally ordered two rails to go with one highchair. These items were not on sale and no promotions were involved. Because I was unable to return the extra rail still in its original packaging within 30 days, I have no recourse. I can't even get a store credit. Meanwhile, the website continues to sell the exact rail that I am trying to return. This type of hard core return policy is short-sited and doesn't gain any customer loyalty. I am buying my stroller from Babies R Us."
"HORRIBLE customer service! This company substituted a different item for the one I ordered and then was very rude and argumentative about my reasons for not wanting the one THEY decided should be sufficient! I've personally never encountered such rude and juvenille service from an online merchant, and they will never get my business again. (and btw, this is the second time they have done this!)"
