"Ordered a Thule Xsporter truck rack in June. Auto Shepherd called and said they were temporarily out of stock and for that, offered a 10% discount. They offered it....I didn't ask for it. So, great, right? BUT when my credit card statement came, there was no discount and the debited the full amount of $566.95. Okay, just an administrative error, I'll call and get it straightened out. WRONG! I have repeatedly called and e-mailed trying to get everything straightened out. No response at all. In fact, now when you call either the local # or 800 # all you get is a busy signal and must register to get on their web site to leave a message. Absolutely horrible customer service after the sale. Complete pain in the butt. Approach with caution. I'll be putting the deal into contest with Master Card."

"After waiting for my brakes for over a week, I called "customer service." They never made any prior attempt to tell me (phone or email) that there is a problem with my order. The individual that answered stated that they could not ship my brakes due to "company restructuring." Further, he stated that he was "hoping to have a job tomorrow." This was an outright lie. The brake kit in question is still for sale on their website. I will not do business with this company and I am notifying the California Attorney General's office. So what was the real reason they failed to ship and refunded my money? Answer: AutoShepard took an online coupon for my brake order and the manufacturer does not allow couponing. I discovered this fact with the help of a different retailer of the product. "

"At first I was pretty hesitant to buy from a site that I had never heard of, that also refused to post their phone number anywhere on. The generic "contact us" entry form looked a little sketch to say the least. I found some air springs for my truck at a great price, toss in the 12% discount being offered for the holiday, and it was steal with free shipping. I filled in the form, typed in the discount code, and hit submit. I immediately panicked when the confirmation page showed the full price without any discount added in. Right away I fired off an email to their support account and got a generic auto response with a confirmation number in it. I knew with it being a holiday week people were probably out of the office, so I gave it a full week hadn't heard back. I fired off another email saying I still hadn't been contacted in regards to my issue, and again got another auto email with a different confirmation number. Within less than 24 hrs I received an email response apologizing for the delay and giving me a physical phone number to call customer support at. I called, spent a whole 15 seconds on hold before I was speaking to a real person. I explained what happened with the discount code, he looked up my order, then immediately issued a refund to my card for the 12% (about $30). That was yesterday, today my bank is showing the refunded amount. Air springs arrived yesterday as promised. Glad shipping was free, because the box probably weighed 40 pounds. I won't hesitate to buy from here again. I feel like the company really needs to post a phone number, I would have felt more comfortable initially had there been one."

"I just wanted to take a moment to write this review. We are all very busy in our lives, and made a mistake on my order. I contacted the company and spoke with Rob. Letting him know my error, he quickly found my order and changed it, with no hesitation in his voice and took care of the problem. Rob was professional, and understood what had occurred and took ownership of my call. In times of speaking to a phone system, I was happy to get a live person that could relate to my issue and give the personal care we sometimes need. "Unbelievably fast processing. I was searching for a soft top for my Jeep and had had two orders cancelled within the previous week at two other online merchants due to back order with no ETA. I finally started calling and the soonest anyone could get it for me was September, until I called Autoshepherd. They had it in stock, so I went ahead and ordered. The next morning, I received an email that my order had been processed and gave me the tracking number. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the tracking and it was already on the delivery truck to my house! I received a hard to find product less than 24 hours after I ordered it, and with free shipping!"

"They saved Fathers Day!!!I ordered from Amazon and their info didn't match the product I ordered. It arrived quickly and of course was wrong. I called the 800 number for AutoShepherd and got Excellent service. They were able to find exactly what I needed and sent it out immediately. It will be here in time for Fathers Day!! They told me when to expect Fed Ex and how to return the part. I couldn't be more pleased.This was a GREAT experience with this company and their staff. Many Thanks!"
