"First, shame on me for not doing enough homework on this company. I ordered on thier web page $1300. worth of gear. This included a Lian Li aluminum case number pc-601. I waited till my order got here the next week, and suprise, no case. I called the company and talked to Jacky, he seems to be in charge of stuff there. He said, oh give it a few more days. It is coming from another state. Ok, another week later, still no case. I called again and this time talked to some woman, whom I had a hard time understanding with her accent. She hangs up on me. I call again and ask to talk to Jacky, he says, oh, we don't have that case any more, sorry. Thus we talk and I stupidly accept another case, this one arrives a few days later. Somehow, I mistakenly ordered a 32 bit processor and mobo instead of 64 bit, still not sure how this worked since I am possitive I clicked on the 64 bit version, but invoice says no. The hard drive came in bubble wrap and inside a ESD bag, no paperwork at all. All boxes had been previously opened. I am looking into legal matters.Yes, extremely unhappy."

"This was my first purchase from Atacom. I was kinda excited when I saw the cheap prices. I purchased an ECS AGP 64MB DDR card, and I received the package on time. For a device such as a video card, there was insufficient packaging. And that's not all, the anti-static bag holding the video card has a seal which was TORN! I was very disappointed. I did test it, and it worked. But I don't know how much I can trust this company anymore. I would purchase from here only if I was desperate."

"I drove to their store on 08/04/03 where I purchased an Asus A7V600.I took the board home, got everything all hooked up...nothing worked... I took the board apart removing DDR modules. On the second bank, I noticed it required a little more effort than usual to remove the dimm (I've built countless numbers of PC's. TO my dimsay, a piece of the lead from my memory module had been torn off (Crucial Memory), and when I looked in the board, the lead was on there with some torn plastic.On 08/05/03 I took the board back to Atacom, TOLD THEM what had happened...as in, it wasn't working, then as I took the module out, I got a nice little rip. I accepted that there was nothing I could do about the module, thats Asus's problem, but the board was still bad. The Asshats told me that because there was damage, they cvould not accept the board! I had to insist hey test the board, and when they did, they determined it didn't work. They tried ALL THE BANKS. All they did was give an RMA# for Asus. Worthless company, worthless people. These guys even have a live in dog at the business..you walk in and theres a frickin dalmation walking around!!! If anyone is angry enough, they could very easily report this to the local health and saftey inspectors. "
"Most recent order for Asus A7N8X Deluxe, 1 gig Micron memory and AthlonXP 2500 was handled quickly and professionally. This was at least the 3rd purchase from ATA and they have all been 1st rate experiences. Fast service to Texas even using ground ship!"

"Purchased MSI 6758 875P NEO-FIS2R, INTEL P4 2.8GHZ/512K/800FSB, CORSAIR PC3200 1024MB DDR400 CAS2. Everything arrived on time and packaged properly. One of the labels on the CORSAIR memory was scratched/torn a little which made me wonder if it was new since package was not factory sealed. Made a RMA request for motherboard (turns out it was a bios problem) but received response 4 days later. I'm not impressed by the response time. Overall they have good prices but only order if you don't have intention of returning it because once it's yours, they don't really want it returned, period.They need better and faster customer service and make sure that everything they sell is factory sealed."

"CRIMINALS. They deliberately sent me the wrong cpu (533fsb) although packing slip showed the item I ordered (800fsb). I got hung up on and only a "sorry". They didn't want to issue an RMA, placed the burden on me. Called card company immediately. Sent all the items back after a 2 week wait for rma. They then sent me pictures of a damaged cpu claiming I damaged it and they weren't going to refund. UNBELIEVABLE. I can't believe THEY damaged it (that's if it's even the same one I returned). I'm a technician at UPS and their claim history is now going to be looked into. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I hope reading this because if UPS finds any claim scams, they will be charged."
