Good service, but could be better
"I have been buying at aliexpress for five years already. Basically, I'm satisfied. There were occasional unscrupulous sellers, or there were delivery problems, but any problems was always resolved.Of course, it used to be better on ali - the coupons were better, the search worked well, most of the goods were free shipping. But even now, ali remains the main platform for online shopping for me."

And in cases of dispute (the worst cases, of course), it is not possible to evaluate. Even though they appear in the specific place, they are simply ignored in the highlighted one (it is possible to find several bad reviews where there is highlighted that all costumers gave a full mark). That is, the grading system is not very reliable ..."
This my 1st and last time using this Aliexpress, they are conned-man company. Do not use their services, I had order some items from china.

Till now i never see the refund! This Aliexpress is a conned-man site. Beware!!!"

The most unreliable company ever
"The most unreliable company ever. They sell items which do not match the description on their website, the quality of the item is far from satisfactory and the item is good to use only for a week. Even though they sell items under the so-called “money back guarantee”, this protection does not work and they do not want to refund anything or accept a returned item as a proof that it does not work. Instead, they ignore your emails, refuse to help and DEMAND YOUR NAKED PICTURES/VIDEOS in order to give you a refund. You can feel sexually harassed by this company’s employees and see that they are totally unwilling to help you solve the issue. Their live chat does not work at all (there is an automatic robot replying to you and NOT a real person), their employees’ English skills are too low to communicate with clients, they are the worst company that you can ever encounter!"

Great variety, but should improve customer's service
"I must say that I'm -all in all- not disappointed with this online store, although the fact that they're sited in China makes communication difficult, and if you have no experience, it's very complicated to chat with them. I buy there when I can't find what I'm looking for in other sites, and they offer a great variety of almost everything, with -must be said- a curious way to translate items' description (most sellers probably use Google translator). Cheap items, low-middle quality and sometimes two months or more to receive the parcels, although sometimes you're lucky and receive them in two weeks. I do not recommend it for fragile things or something you really need, but they have almost everything, so, if you don't find it anywhere else, try in Aliexpress. "
Very Bad Experience
"On the 7th Oct. I purchased from DIGITALTOOLS Technology Ltd. A 10.1 inch Android 6.0 Tablet PC. It arrived with a piece of debris under the screen. I began the journey to receive a refund.It has been long, arduous, and unsuccessful.First request was for a photo – DONENext request was for a video – (can’t upload videos only photo formats e.g. .jpg, .png etc.Next request was “You can send the video and show us the link,or you can send the video to our email@example.com,thanks!” – DONENext request was “Hi,friend,thanks for your video,but could you pls show us a video when you operate it?Thanks!” Sent a video of the debris running my finger over to show it was UNDER the screenNext request was “Thanks for your video,friend,but we need the video that you operate it,we can see it clearly,like that you use it to open some apps,like watching a video,thanks!”By now it was 7th NovemberI was quite angry at this point as I had told them:ENOUGH!!!Everything opens. All the apps work. There is nothing wrong with the operation of the tablet. If you insist on ANOTHER video I will up the request for a larger refund. The time it is taking to do all you have requested is excessive. It is a clearly visible cosmetic fault. As such, there is a fault, and there must be consideration for sending me an item that is clearly NOT without fault. It should have been listed as a blemished item and priced accordingly. If you were unaware of the fault you should upgrade your quality control. Clearly this item was NOT inspected prior to shipping it out.If you had listed an item with a cosmetic fault for a lesser price, I would have had the option of purchasing that product with a fault or purchasing a product at the regular price that was without any blemishes.At this point I opened a dispute. Of course, there was not a category in the drop down menu that fitted my reason, so I just selected one. BIG MISTAKE. But I don’t know how I could have done any different.The stupid seller kept asking for a video and I continued to send the ‘ENOUGH’ response.I had asked for a $30.00 refund. For all the reason set out in the ‘ENOUGH’ response.The is a ‘comments’ section once you get to the dispute stage, but there is insufficient room to make your case.This stupidity kept going until finally I received an email from AliExpress dispute offering me:AliExpress proposed a new solutionProposal:Option 1. Refund Only AU AU$ 18.69Proposal:Option 2. "Absolutely terrible. They have no standards and don't manage their vendors. Ridiculous processing time. Fraudulent shipping status, simply the worst. You are not saving money if you don't receive the item(s). Completely sick of these vendors who think they don't have to respond to email, can take a week to ten days to process an order, and can take a month or more to deliver an item. These idiots need to clean up their act or go out of business."
"Have been ordering beads from AliExpress for a couple of months. Everything was going fine, prices were good, most items were good quality and I received my orders, although some very slow ie. 3 months. Then they had a sale on Nov 11 so I was going to order 119 items. When I tried to pay it locked up my order with some lame Appeal process and they want me to upload my credit card and ID like drivers or passport to release my order! I have spent days trying to deal with this. I will not upload personal documents. I am not happy and can't get my orders. Errr"
Wanted a picture of my credit card
"Needed to change my email address because I typed it in wrong. They told me they needed a picture of my credit card to change me email. I asked to speak with someone else. She did not transfer me. I told her I wasn't going to do that and she told me it was the only way. 1. They shouldn't be asking for pictures of credit cards2. There are other ways to prove my identity3. They shouldn't be SAVING credit card info in their system, at all, ever. At the very least, it should be encrypted and therefore not able to be compared with later.Really sketchy."
