Protecting the customer? What a lie!
"This company claims that it protects its customers but this is not true. Purchased practice skin for microblading (as advertised). Material is too hard and is meant to be used for tatooing only (which uses a machine to inject ink). Microblading is a manual process that does not use a machine and therefore must use softer material. My wife tried to use the garbage material they provided and you can clearly see that the pigment doesn't evenly go into this practice skin. I sent them a photo with a side by side comparison of good material versus the **** they provided. Even a half-blind rat could notice the difference but the amazing stupid staff at Aliexpress appears to hire blind people to do the adjudication. I have no issue with handicapped people but the blind shouldn't be evaluating photos that clearly show problems.After waiting almost 2 months for the delivery of this material and fighting with these idiots for more than 3 weeks, their final solution was to deny my claim. **** THEM, THEY'RE LOSERS, LIARS, CHEATS AND SCUM. DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO PROTECT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. BUY FROM EBAY, OR AMAZON IF YOU EXPECT PROTECTION. ALIEXPRESS IS NOTHING BUT A LOW-LIFE TRASH COMPANY."

" I ordered from Aliexpress a Fishing camera for the price of 136 euros. There were two shipping options available, one via DHL cheap and one via EMS more expensive than the previous one. I chose and paid the expensive EMS shipping option and I sent message to the seller noticing clearly "SHIPPING ONLY BY EMS".The seller sent it by DHL on his own, without refunding me for the overdue amount since this was a cheaper method. After this singlesided action of the seller I refused to receive the product and asked on 30th OCTOBER 2017 Aliexpress for dispute to get my money back as a refund.After almost two months of arbitration, Aliexpress released all the amount of 136 euros to the seller. In this point I felt very unjusted and I sent an email to Aliexpress for questioning their decision, in which they did not even for courtesy, answered to me. ALIEXPRESS, it is a site that in all situations supports the sellers no matter what.Thank God there is E BAY....."

However my complaints are still there on their site, just that they are not in the form of a dispute. I did exactly what the customer service told me.I spent many hours with customer service since I received the box. They made me do this, do that and promised it will be resolved. Theft gang Aliexpress and Fraud Acesee Official Store
"Located in Aliexpress I showed my security camera photos at the Acesee Official Store - Etration Yi Mantia He. This NVR device was recommended to me. After I bought the device, I tested it with my security camera, but when I realized that it was incompatible, I informed the vendor and returned the product safely and reliably. Extra 20 USD. I paid the shipping fee. (The total cost to me was 97.05 USD.) However, the dealer opened the box and changed the device settings. He tried to trick me and case management by shooting a fraudulent video. Aliexpress case management believed in the seller despite all of the evidence. all of the money was transferred to the seller. My objections did not work. It took 2 months long and param went away. It is not possible to accept these immoral behaviors!!"

Takes Money and Cancels Order
"First time user and I was given a $2 coupon that applied automatically to my order. Placed order with vendor via paypal and instantly money was taken out. Seller tells me to reorder because my first order didn't go through. My first order was cancelled citing "We regret to inform you that the recent use of coupon(s) in your order has been identified as being in violation of the guidelines outlined in our General Rules for Coupon Use. (http://activities.aliexpress.com/adcms/help-aliexpress-com/coupon_usage.php) Your order will be cancelled, and any payments you have made (excluding any fees or charges which you have made to third parties) will be returned to your account." When asked to refund my paypal, seller blocks me. "

"Took my money even though item was in stock. After several hours of my time trying to get a refund got some of the money back after a month. Clearly their business model is that people will cut their losses rather than throw good money after bad taking time off work to jump through their hoops."

"I bought the battery "Eleoption 3.6V 2000mAh Ni-MH" from "Eleoption Technology Co., Ltd.". The battery was unstable, voltage interruptions occurred. It seemed to me that the battery was old or damaged. First I tested one using a LED lamp and I found that the battery was very bad. Second I tested the battery using charging tool IMAX B6 and found that the nominal capacity is 2.5 times less than described 2000mAh. I opened a dispute with attached video "IMAX B6 tests the battery and the final results", attached certificates "IMAX B6 is certified and the tools conforms to EU standards and norms". The dealer asked me to close the dispute with statement: "We will refund money to you, but could you change the dispute reason for "Others" or "I do not need this item any more" ?". I knew that this is usual AliExpress-trick and I escalated the dispute. AliExpress-administration made biased conclusion "Invalid reason: Did not follow the instruction provided by seller. Final resolution: 0 refund". "
