"Ordered an item from the seller after doing a Google shopping search for the cheapest price and ordered through the site I found listed. Had the item refunded due to item being shown as not in stock. After looking for the same item online again after getting refunded, found it at almost double the price listed by the same seller shown as in stock on another site. Only a week or two later and sure enough, they updated their price on the site I originally ordered from for double the price, back in stock. Does not appear it was ever out of stock. Be weary of this seller, as they may not honor their own listed prices."

"I will not shop with this company again. I placed my order for Henkei Megatron a week ago as of typing this, paid instantly.

Immediately I received an email confirming the order and stating I'd have the item in hand in five to seven business days. It was a good price for an in-stock item with very nice shipping charges and very decent listed ship time.

Today, about mid-day, I checked my email and there was a PayPal notification that I'd been refunded the full amount of the order. The refund is currently not showing up on PayPal, not even as pending, so we'll see what tomorrow brings on that front. Regardless, the section of the PayPal notification of refund where the seller can enter a reason or explanation was empty. They didn't send an email explaining anything. The order in my account is listed as cancelled and no reason supplied. I've emailed them with no response.

After checking their website, Henkei Megatron is Sold Out. This transaction was a waste of time, it's held up my money for a week, and the cancellation & refund was done without any contact to the customer.

This is not how you run a business. My suggestion to anyone is avoid abctoy4me. Any company that handles an accidentally committed item no longer in stock in this manner does not deserve a person taking a hit-or-miss chance on them. There's no telling what they'll do under any certain circumstances. Do YOU want to risk it?

I ordered a FF7 Advent Children Cloud & Fenrir set, which was listed as new, on a Friday night. Saturday and Sunday are not business days, and Monday was a Holiday. Got an email Tuesday morning saying that the item was shipped. Item was received 2 days later on the following Thursday. Being in the same State helped the item come in faster. Got the item and immediately opened the shipping box right away. The shipping box was in great shape, the packaging material was just cardboard paper, but the size of the ordered item fit snugly inside the shipping box and did not appear to be damaged. Those were the pros... now here are the cons. When I got the box set, I noticed that the extra hand was floating inside the box, in other words it wasn't in the compartment where it should be, very suspicious. The compartment was near the top and a bit to the right of the Cloud figure. I took a careful look at the tape which keeps the box sealed and based on other products from the same line, the tape was different. Recent Play Arts boxes have used round factory tape, but the early ones used a high gloss rectangular clean cut end tape. This box had regular scotch tape, which had jagged ends. I opened it up anyways. All the items were in a bubble casing, and the bubble casing was attached to a cardboard tray. As I was cutting the tape on the bubble casing, I noticed that the left side had tape connected to the cardboard tray. Again, very suspicious since this was the only side that had tape on the tray. As soon as I got all the tape removed, I removed the top part of the plastic lid. The first thing I did was put the hand back in the compartment and then I grabbed the Cloud figure, which was on the left side of the case, and as soon as I did, his right leg fell right off. It didn't just fall off, it wasn't even connected to it and the only thing that held it in place was the plastic lid. Upon further observation, the joint that connected the leg to the hip was broken. Based on the angle of the broken joint, it appears as though someone was trying to bend the leg all the way back, but couldn't because the toy wasn't designed to do that. This problem is not fixable. Not only was there a problem with the leg, but the actual figure was very loose. Loose as in it felt like it had been played with for days straight. Also, I've checked online for images of a Mint in Sealed Box Cloud and Fenrir and noticed that the straps on Clouds attire were not connected in the same peg as the one I got. So it looked like someone had opened the left side of the package, replaced the Cloud figure and the hand, that being the reason why the hand wasn't in the compartment prior to opening. I didn't even bother touching anything else, I immediately put the figure back and repackaged it. The Fenrir bike did look new though, but then again, so did the Cloud figure. They probably would have gotten away with this had I not opened it. After that, I called up the site telling them about the issue. I was told that a replacement figure would be sent and that I send the damaged one back to them in the same box. If they wanted, they could've just sent me a replacement Cloud and I would have gladly accepted, although I would have to check the Fenrir bike for any problems. They said I would not be charged, but the site says there will be...? I called back 2 more times to ask a few question, but was also told that the item was out of stock and that it would take a few days for them to restock it. I was also given a tracking number even though it was not in stock....?

Fast Shipping (helps to be in the same state), but USPS site doesn't keep tracking info up to date. Even hours after it is delivered, the site still doesn't have any updates about an expected delivery date or arrival/departure scans, but that isn't ABCTOY4me.com's problem.

4 for 4 in call attempts and them answering the phone. All my questions were answered.

I feel as I have been ripped off.... until I get the replacement that doesn't come with a broken figure. I hope the replacement isn't broken as well.... Compared to retail price, the product was listed less than half off.... I just wasn't expecting the figure to be broken in half as well. This isn't a Manufacture's error, Square-Enix & Play Arts have been known to make quality products. So, to have the figure come broken and loose the way it did, was obviously not the Manufacture fault, but instead it is ABCTOY4me.com's fault for selling me a returned product that wasn't reviewed.

Delivery and communication doesn't mean anything when the product I ordered was USED and BROKEN.

It all depends on the replacement they send me. If it turns out to be NEW as it was listed, then I would definitely be coming back for more.

"This is a terrible company to deal with - Avoid them like the plague!

I ordered an R2-D2 USB hub from them on November 17th. The item description on their website stated "In addition, R2's head spins and he makes sounds..."

When I received it, I eagerly plugged it in to my computer to see it work (I'm a Star Wars fan), but was very unhappy to see that the head does not spin - it is fixed in position.

I wrote to them twice stating the issue and requesting an RMA, but never received a reply.

Upon reading the back of the product packaging, there was no mention of R2's head/dome spinning, but it was imported from the UK. There is a Japanese version which has a rotating dome, which based on the description, is what I was expecting to receive (especially being that Abctoys4me sells mostly anime toys from Japan).

On November 26th I mailed it back to them with Delivery Confirmation and a letter stating the problem. This cost $9.90 in postal charges. They received it at 3:08pm on December 1st.

They have not credited back the $41.10 to my account, so I have raised a dispute with my credit card company.

The end result is that I am out of pocket $9.90 because they described the item with a feature it did not have (which is actually fraudulent).

I cannot stress enough how bad (or non existent) the customer service is with Abctoys4me.

If Abctoys4me made an genuine mistake then they should admit it and refund the full amount that their mistake has cost me (item+S&H+return shipping). I should not have to pay for their mistakes!

"Bought items from store through amazon. It shipped the next day and arrived a few days later with regular shipping. Prices are competitive with other import resellers. The particular item I bought was a good amount cheaper here than other places. As always, shop around for the best price.. and if you find it here, don't hesitate to buy."
