"Had very bad experience shopping on 6PM. The adidas sneakers that I bought were too small even though I ordered my size which means the sizes are not accurate, had to return the shoes and paid half of the shoe price 25$ to return them. Definitely not likely I will shop there again."

Clearly worn and returned. Even the box is dirty. This company has enough of these reviews that it has to be their policy to sell used product over and over until it stays gone. BUYER BEWARE!!!"
They sent me worn shoes
"I ordered a pair of Michael Kors shoes. Paid for shipping cos it was a Christmas gift. Good thing I opened it to check. The shoes had toe marks on the front. Called and arranged a return. 6pm was gonna sending me a replacement. To surprise the second pair I got had the same issue. This time it was worse. Toe marks in the front and discoloration in the back."
"I ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots that ended up being fake. Authentic UGG shoes have a tag with the size and info about the shoe sewn onto the shoe the 2 pairs from 6pm do not have a tag with the size and info of the shoe instead it’s printed on the inside of the shoe in white ink. Not only that the fur is poor quality plus the UGG logo inside the sole of the shoes do not have the word Australia printed under the word UGG. I would return both boots but I threw away the boxes. I was very disappointed I guess that’s what I get for thinking I could buy cheap UGGs. I will not be ordering from 6pm EVER again!! I don’t not recommend anyone ordering from 6pm!!!"
Expensive to send shoes back
"They have quality brands at good prices, the return policy ****.Shoes can vary in size and width even within a specific shoe brand. I ordered a pair of shoes that were my usual size and width, but they were too narrow. It cost $22.00 to return them. I will not be ordering from them again. There are other, better option for buying shoes online."
"I ordered a pair of expensive boots at 11 am on a Sunday. After researching reviews, decided to cancel the order based on horrible reviews. Yes, I should have looked at the reviews first but i didn’t. 15 minutes later, I attempted to cancel my order. Logged into the website and there was no option to cancel. The order said status was “processing”. I called the customer service number and explained I would like to cancel my order. Customer service placed me on hold and changed my order to “shipped”. She told me “I’m sorry I cannot cancel you order because it has already shipped”. Oh, really? I called my credit card company and had them flag the transaction. "

I even received a $10. discount bringing the savings on a $150. shoe down to $62. or around 60% off.I only visited resellersratings.com *after* I had placed order and was worried they would be in bad shape, used etc. BUT! They arrived quickly and are very well made and brand new.(Took these to a local specialty running shoe store I shop at. Although they are last years model, they are authentic) "

What is a business day? Placed order at 12 PM on Wednesday.....would 2 days be Friday??? Trying to cancel and it's impossible. I won't be here for delivery as I am traveling all week...... If this is a subsidiary of Zappos, I wouldn't waste my time with them but go directly to Zappos. Call center is in the Philippine's and truly unable to help."

"Have ordered from them for 9 years and always had a good experience. I had my sister purchase a pair of UGG Bayson boots for my son for his birthday. I could not believe my eyes when they came. They were completely used, like months and months and maybe a year used. Soles were completely dirty and worn down, scuffed really bad on top and somebody tried to put polish on them, which made a nubuck boot look shiny in areas. The inside lining was so matted down and had a green gum stain inside. I mean, is this Ebay or what? I could not even sell these on Ebay, no one would buy them. Kudos to them for good customer service of accepting a return from a customer who wore the heck out of these and had the nerve to return them (WHO DOES THAT???). But shocking to me is that 6pm re sold them. So shocked and appalled that I will never ever shop with them again!"

"I was shopping around for a pair of black leather Converse - Chuck Taylor All-Stars in particular - but I won't pay full price. I wait for special offers and clearance sales. I found 6pm.com through a search engine and discovered an enormous selection of deeply discounted Converse sneakers in classic and fun styles. I decided to get a second pair because they were so affordable and spent a couple hours more online because I just couldn't choose between several I liked. I briefly looked at all of the other shoes but had to stop or I'd have been there all night - gorgeous heels and everything else - quality designer and fashion shoes at really low prices, many up to 70% off on clearance. I like the site and store in general. It's easy to navigate and has a large selection of brand name/designer items to choose from at discount prices. I would have given 5 stars but when I used "leather" as a custom search, results would include alot of shoes that did not belong in the results which slowed me down by having to sort through the irrelevant items."

"I've been a customer since January 2010. I did not receive all of my items in my last purchase. I emailed the company and got a reply and resolution to my issue from a rep named Elmo within hours and well beyond my expectations. I will continue to shop here and refer friends and family. "
"I ordered a clutch bag that was velvet with crystals on the front. When I received the item, several of the crystals were missing. Two of the crystals had fallen off during shipping I guess because they were in the packaging - the rest were missing altogether. I contacted customer service and of course I had bought the last bag in that color so it couldn't be replaced. They said there was nothing they could do but at least they did give me a refund. They also gave me a coupon for a future purchase. There will be no future purchase, why would I want to purchase something else when the first item I bought was damaged - they didn't ask me to return it but I still can't use it - it looks ridiculous! I will not purchase anything else from this site - their products are clearly horrible quality."
