"My experience shopping at ZoroCanada was great! I read the negative reviews here but I really needed a few items I could only find at ZoroCanada. Besides it was only $20. I found all prices to be in Canadian dollars and the items I wanted clearly stated they ship from the US which was South Carolina. I chose the cheapest shipping option which was DHL Packet Plus. I'm not a fan of DHL but it was only $6.56 and the option said Canada Post takes over at the border. They emailed me status information about my order including a pdf sales receipt and a item(s) shipped confirmation. I was able to track my order with DHL and Canada Post. My order arrived in six days in a sturdy cardboard box protected in bubble warp along with a invoice, packing list and RMA information. Best of all I paid no additional duties, taxes or import fees. I will definitely order from ZoroCanada again! "

I thought this was Canadian company and that it would be shipping from Canada.. but no they only ship from the US..I was also told ever thing was in stock..but nothing was, waited 1 month and they still didn't have the stock and was told then that it wouldn't be until April until I would see my order...
I ahev canceled my order and will never use this company again...."
"Like previous reviewer, I got tricked by their website name thinking it is being ship from Canada. I did notice it stated its in US dollars, but its not clearly stated its being shipped from the US. So I never thought about the brokerage fees since they only allow UPS for shipping. I ordered a pair of gloves for $20. It arrived in a box almost size if a shoe box. Paid $12 for shipping, then UPS collects $23 for brokerage fees once it arrived. Very disappointed. They could have used USPS and ship it in a bubbled envelop and it probably would be less than $10 for shipping in total without any extra fees. The sneaky thing is they also have a website call zoro.com which is the exact same one. Unless I'm in the US, I would never order from them again."
"Based on the name of this web store what country would you guess they come from? I assumed Canada that certainly was not the case the first thing I notice was I was charged in US dollars, ding me once next I got a call from the border UPS who asked me how I was going to pay the duty, big ding two. Has to say something about the ethics of a company that calls themselves zorocanada and then charges you in US dollars and dings you real big to get it across the border. I will not purchase from this one again just due to the smoke and mirrors , go ahead and try to figure out where they are located .... it is not in Canada ..... zorocanada.com"
