Great prices, fast delivery, zero complaints

"All the negative reviews gave me pause, but I decided to order a toilet from Zoro anyway because it was over $100 less than Amazon. After I placed the order, I was offered a 20% discount on my next order. I needed a second toilet, but I hesitated in case something went wrong with the first order. I emailed Zoro to see about its return policy and received an immediate reply that if I wasn't completely satisfied I could return it and they'd cover shipping. My confidence in the company increased when I learned it worked with a local, respected plumbing supply company. Then I read that it had achieved a billion dollars in sales, so it obviously wasn't a scam outfit. The toilet arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. So I ordered the second discounted toilet, which arrived even quicker. I then purchased a plumbing tool, which didn't work out, and returned it (shipping prepaid) with no questions asked. I won't hesitate to buy from Zoro again!"

Terrible Business

"DO NOT do business with this company. I placed a listed item in my cart (quantity of 4) and did not execute the transaction. I received three successive emails encouraging me to complete the purchase, even offering me a discount. So I took advantage of the discount and made the purchase. There was no mention on the website that there was a stock issue with the item. Two days after the purchase, I receive an email that the item is out of stock, followed by another email that they have cancelled my order altogether. They blamed it all on their supplier. If they can't keep the inventory straight between themselves and their suppliers, then they shouldn't be offering the item on their website without at least warning customers of a supply issue. Very poor business model. Go elsewhere for your needs."

10+ Customer Service with Griffen at Zoro.com

"I had ordered 12 of the same item through Zoro.com but only 6 were recived so I called customer service. My call was answered immediately at 7:30 PM by a fellow by the name of Griffin. He was promp at getting to the bottom of the issue and kept me informed as he worked through it, I was never put on hold.
Griffen found the problem and placed another order to fix the issue with no extra charges for me. The total call time was less than 7 minutes and I received an email confirmation 15 minutes later.

Nothing but great

"I'm surprised people have had bad experiences with Zoro. With my purchases from them, at least 7 within the last 3 years, they have been fantastic. Customer support is great. Warranty is smooth. They stand behind their products and their website pricing is competitive and have a large variety of hard to find items"

Awesome service A+

"I never new of Zoro until I was searching for the lowest price on an item that I was buying for an up coming project. They had the lowest price plus offered free shipping plus a 10% discount if I registered my email address BEST PRICE BY FAR. The large item weighing over 600lbs was delivered on a freight truck and I was surprised on how professional this company was, it's hard to find out there. Sadly my project was canceled and I had to return the item which I thought, I was going to take a loss on having to ship the item back but nope they said no problem we will schedule a freight truck to come pick up the item and after it was picked up they returned my full purchase amount back into my bank account. They have earned my confidence on make large purchases online and will always buy from Zoro in the future.. This company gets a 5star rating for the lowest price and the no haggle for returning an item."

Terrible customer experience

"Placed the order # SO23148037 on 18th Aug and was informed the next day that one of the two items is discontinued and another is on backorder. The backorder item was provided with a shipment date of 15th Sep. Today is 23rd Sep and now they tell me their supplier is not responding. Seriously. Their customer service is also pathetic, until I followed up 3 times, no one would give me any information. Worst customer experience."

Order cancelled, credit card charged, no merchandise shipped

"Ordered a Meyda Tiffany floor lamp. A week later, no shipping notification. Called customer service, and was told that the item is out of stock, and they have to cancel the order. Fine - received confirmation that the order was cancelled, and ordered a different torchiere, at a different web site. Suddenly, I'm receiving an email from Zorro, saying that my credit card was charged again - of course, without my permission, and of course, no merchandise is being shipped (which I don't need now anyway). No response to emails, and no refund after 2 phone calls, each time assuring me that refund will be issued immediately.

This company is clueless about how to do business at best, and just plain old thieves at worst. Steer clear - you are not getting what you ordered, no matter how good is the deal you're supposedly getting (should've been a red flag, I guess).

STAY AWAY!!

"STAY AWAY!!!!!! I placed an order last week. As soon as the order was placed, I got an email stating it would be shipped out the next day, ground. Then within 30 minutes they sent me something asking to rate them. I stated the purchasing process was fabulous but I'd wait to make any other comments. I wanted to see how fast I got my items, and the condition. Well, today, 1 week later, they send me an email that the order isn't going to be shipped. The supplier doesn't have anymore. That can't be true since the product is available everywhere. I purchased it from Zoro only because of cost. Now I have an installer coming out next Monday and won't have my product."

I have purchased from this website twice

"I have purchased from this website twice, and both of these times they have promised me a shipping date and then pushed it until eventually, they canceled my orders.
They have wasted my time twice, they let me purchase, wait for over 10 days before they let me know it's canceled, twice!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I AM SURE THEY JUST DO DROP SHIP FROM AMAZON OR OTHER WEBSITES. THEY DO NOT CARRY THE PRODUCTS AND THEY SHOULDN'T BE TRUSTED.

Very poor service

"If I can give zero star, I would. I placed an order for an exit light fixture on 3/3/21. I waited and waited, no update until 3/9/21. I called and was told it's coming from their vendor and can't do much about it. I asked for my order to be reviewed and followed with their vendor. The customer service I spoke with was nice enough to promise that I will hear from her no matter what on that same day. Nothing. It is now 3/11/21 end of business day today and still nothing. What a terrible service Zoro provides. I don't write reviews a lot but the service is just plain and utterly poor. I purchased a couple of times in the past and my experiences from those were mediocre but I thought I'll try one more time. I didn't pay much attention about the bad reviews that consumers posted about Zoro. Was I so wrong. I wasted so much time coupled with frustrations so never again that I will consider Zoro in the future."
