"This site is a scam! Order two pairs of shoes and received one. When I emailed to find out where the second pair was I got an auto generated email. No one followed up and I still have not receivedmy second pair of shoes. The basically stole my money and I can't get in touch with anyone to demand a refund. Save yourselves the hassle and don't buy from this site!"
"n 12-17-16 placed an xmas order on Jet.com for Bearpaw boots because they had a good price in a Google search. After the confirmation email I see expected delivery isn't until 12-27. Well now its 1-4-17 and still no order. The bad part is no communication until I emailed their jethead customer service and got a reply that says "so sorry about the mess up on your first order and this is not our normal shopping experience.". I didnt know that it was ordered through a 3rd party Zooshoo company. So shame on them also. Don't advertise something that you can't fulfill. I do not approve of any website with Bait-n-switch tactics. I would have gladly paid 5.00 more from a different seller had I known I would have received my fiances boots on time for Xmas. ""

"The site has cheap shoes so I ordered 2 pairs to try it out. The fulfillment/shipment had a small hiccough but all was resolved by customer service. I am very happy with the quality and would recommend the site. "
