"Expensive but seems cheaply made, without the features of much less expensive cameras. Good solar array and battery stays fully charged without much sunlight. Does NOT have "auto-tracking" - a real negative for our needs. Picture quality is pretty good, but not as good as a competitive camera that costs about 1/5 of what we paid for this one. The cheaper one also has "auto-tracking" and follows the action. The cheaper one also is capable of either 4G or WiFi - your choice, both on the same camera. We regret purchasing this camera and will not buy Zetronix again. We have now purchased other, less expensive cameras that outperform this one six ways to Sunday!"

"Orders two cameras and they are working great. Only complaint I have, and probably other customers as well, is that I can not integrate the monitoring software into a windows based PC.

After getting assistance troubleshooting the issue, Zetronix tech support staff, George, determined the camera was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. "I ordered the DIY camera, and the remote was missing. Customer service got ahold of me, and said they was sorry that I did not get the remote. They replaced it immediately, and apologized for the inconvenience. I received it fast. I will definitely be getting more cameras from this company!!! Thank you for your great customer service!!

"Order came in opened,it looked like used . I took pictures of it immediately ,contacted company within an hour it arrived. Mailed it back ,they refunded me but not a full amount. They kept restocking fee??? For product that was not brand new cost $350. I felt being punished for product that I didn’t even tried /use, due to package being opened /altered with……items misplaced ,not packed properly . product was very expensive, and I didn’t pay for used product or something that will break in the near future.I was told they will refund me restocking fee and that they are working on it. I still did’t receive it. This company likes to steal other peoples money. I am very Unhappy I’m disappointed, I will make sure As much as I can that other people won’t buy from this company.

"I returned a remote camera system with solar panel and battery. It was a very good looking system but the software was not compatible with my imac computer. I explained to the representitive on the phone and she was very sorry but proceeded to deduct a 15% charge for returning the system. Normally this does not happen but in this case it did. Read before you buy. "
"My camara connect to my phone on wifi but when I leave my home it gets off line. When I get home I reconnect. However, now it does not even connect to my home at all. Very annoying. Hopefully it was not a waste of $200. Please help!"
