"I read all these reviews and thought sheesh cant be as bad as theyre all saying. It’s worse! Zabiva is owned by one guy who goes under the sudonym charlie, he created a fake cell number circulating to masquerade as the preponderance of customer service, but they just buy other people’s kwep on amazon when you order it and gouge the price. Mistakes are made frequently especially with rarer pr specialty items and ur left holding the bag. The people they buy from are shady but more importantly so are they. Hes lik 5-10 days before we can refund you for the item you already returned it’s going to our warehouse for inspection. But i called the warehouse which is just a store they buy from on amazon and ebay and they said they arent returning this guy his money cause he’s a scammer. But whether or not they do he doesn’t refund you until n only if the second you get paypal to step in, i waited a week then did that n got full refund 7 min later, cause i did send back the defective item instantly afterall.. the threats wont work you have to take serious action. St valentine warning be all avoidif this scammard blowhard lik the plague wouldn’t be long or far enough.
