"I ordered a Darkglass head on zZounds. I normally don't buy expensive things because I don't have a lot of money but I need it for recording and touring. I had to get it shipped to a friend's house 45 mins away from me because I've had multiple packages stolen from me at my apartment. Well, zZounds ended up losing my packing, which I paid next day shipping for, and now I have to wait about a week total when I needed this Head asap. Hence why I bought the next day shipping. I don't think I'll ever order from here again and it really breaks my heart too. I now have to play my show with my old bass Head that sounds awful. This is why I can't stand ordering online. I get my hopes up to get it by a certain date and then they lose my package. "
"I recently ordered from this company using the no credit financing. I even paid off early. I then bought something less expensive using the financing. Order gets cancelled and then they give me the runaround. Without explanation. Just handing me off to other agents. This has to be the shoddiest company to deal with. "I have been buying from Zzounds for over 3 years. I’ve never had a problem with an item purchased until now. I bought a Bose T1 Compact Model II and a Bose T4S mixer. The cost was well over $2000. Within a month, one of the Chanel’s had gone out rendering the T4S completely useless. I contacted Zzounds on a Friday afternoon and was told I would have to wait until the returned was processed before they would ship the item back to me, I am a gigging musician and I rely on my equipment to work. I don’t buy junk, I always buy well reviewed products from major manufacturers Zzounds has failed me at every junction despite their promise to provide hassle free returns. "

"purchased 4 guitars, 2 are in playable. was told to go to manufacturer. i was told by a reliable source that was a former employee that they do not store their products in the proper environment. the american gibson does not stay in tune for more than one minute! cannot perform with this piece of crap. they should check/inspect their products and if a customer calls about it, they should be well taken care of. i purchased a taylor 326CE, another piece of crap, was again told that there was noting they(zzounds) could do and once again was PAWNED OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE. i’m done, my instruments are paid off today and i will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN !! "My family has bought 4 Epi guitars. Tried other higher cost brands but didn't work out. We have returned 3 items with one being defective. Never had any problems. As soon as you get your item inspect it very well and call right away and there shouldn't be a problem. We just ordered a looper and it should be here tomorrow! Awesome delivery
Our fed-ex guy says another guitar! :) If you miscalculated a payment just call as soon as you can and let them know and they will take it out at whatever date you want. Never had problems paying because they are so easy to work with. "

"I am absolutely heart broken, and extremely upset with zzounds! I have bought 2, top of the line,16 channel digital mixer boards made by Presonus. I paid over $3000 between the both of them! The 1st one went out after 13 months, they wouldn’t replace it, or even help me get it fixed! Warranty ended after 12 months. So I bought the second mixer board, I paid a little over $1500 for it! I bought it in August of 2018! I’ve had it only 4 months used for 3 shows and it’s already bad and no longer working! I call and begged for help from zzounds! They informed me it is under the 12 month warranty! But I have to call presonus because im out of their return policy? So I call Presonus and sit on hold twice for a total of 4 1/2 hours each time! For them to act like I’m a nuisance. No help at all! They told me after a total of 9 hours on hold that I need to go online through their trouble shooter program! They were not at all concerned with anything I was telling them! So obviously I call back zzounds to be treated very rudely, and again no help! So I still have a pmt on 2 mixer I can’t even use! Thanks zzounds for nothing you guys are the armpit of everything when it comes to running a business! Should’ve bought it on eBay would’ve got same results! I have bought 2 Mackie SRM 550s a Mackie ProFX22 soundboard and now a starter acoustic electric kit for a buddy of mine. The 2 day shipping is awesome, quality of the product is top tier and 0 interest makes it a no brainer to go with them.
