"Bought a Mac laptop charger which lasted for a week before melting down, luckily it didnt cause a fire in my sons room. Unfortunately I had given positive feedback by then. I sent pictures of the damaged product and asked for a replacement but only received two rude and racist email replies and never saw my $20 again. Avoid this seller."

"I ordered an item from "yespainting". He advised that shipping would take long. It arrived 5-6 weeks later, but he sent me the wrong item, so i wrote back and he promised to send a new one. The new one has never arrived. And as soon as the time ebay gives you to resolve conflicts had passed, yespainting has stopped answered any mails. fraud!!"

"I bought a charger for my Macbook from YESPAINTING. It stopped working short after arrival. YESPAINTING promised to send me a new one (guarantee). However I did not receive anything.
So I wrote YESPAINTING again and again and YESPAINTING kept promising and ensuring that they would solve it. “Wait for just a couple more days” YESPAINTING asked me in their last mail. "We are with you on this" and stuff like that.

I now understand why they kept pushing me to wait for some more days... . This was the moment after which I could not file a complaint on ebay anymore. They immediately stopped answering my emails after that and blocked me from their shop (probably so I could not give feedback). They offer bad service and they lie to their customers.

I have bought a lot on ebay and this is my first negative feedback. This is not a way to deal with your paying customers YESPAINTING!!!

"I bought 3 led video lights from yespainting. But I forgot to fill in my street adress number. It never arrived..The package was in a Dutch post distribution centre and was sent back to yespainting..After many efforts to contact him he never responds to any of my emails.
I paid $235 for it and never received anything. So NEVER buy from this unreliable seller anymore. If you are reading this yespainting; If you sent the led lights again I will remove this review from this site. (date 4-8-2012)

"Ordered a GPS for my Nikon D90 from eBay. The seller was very nice, and shipped the item promptly. However, the GPS was shipped from China and it took 3 weeks to receive it. Seller made it clear from the beginning that it could take a while to receive.

After using the GPS for a week, I discovered it had a serious flaw and I e-mailed the seller to replace it. He asked that I ship it back to China and he would send out a replacement. I shipped it back at my expense. After about 3 weeks, I had not heard from the seller. I e-mailed him and he stated "We reshipped the item for you on June-24th." However, after 4 weeks, I still had not received the replacement item.

I have since e-mailed the seller both directly and through eBay numerous times and he has ignored all my e-mails. yespainting has stolen my money at this point.

As long as you are willing to take a risk and don't need something right away, feel free to buy from yespainting. If the item is fine the first time, you will probably be allright. Just don't expect any help if there is a problem.
