"I ordered a spiderchip from here on Jan 12th. A week later the site still said my order was pending so i wrote to see what was up. No response. Waited 3 days, wrote again. No response again. Finally called mastercard, was told they never even charged my card, so i cancelled the card to make sure they didnt bill me, and ordered from somewhere else. I would say definetely do not try to buy from these guys.
UPDATE: 3 weeks after ordering I recieved an e-mail saying they had problems with their server, and couldn't charge credit cards or recieve e-mails. They offered me a free modchip for the delay. After hearing their explanation and their offer of a free chip I believe they are pretty reasonable people. I would consider doing business with them again."
