"I would like to give my entire experience on how and why I went with xVx as my provider of a high end laptop computer. I started looking for a powerful laptop in late December. I went and looked at the typical providers of high end computers, I really wanted to buy a specific brand (wont mention name) but reading a lot of bad reviews about there services kind of got me looking elsewhere. So I started my search for the best out there, including the service a company can offer me. I found many, but not impressed, I accidentally stumble into the xVx website by several searches online, found several people recommending getting an xVx laptop for the prices they offer. Well I went and just looked, the prices were a little bit cheaper than most companies out there, I asked something must be wrong here, I configured my laptop the way I wanted it and voila!! Price was a lot cheaper than expected for the same exact laptop that I have configured on many other sites, including big brand names. Well, me not knowing who xVx is I left the site and continue looking for something else that would make me feel secure in buying. Several days later of still searching (hard work this searching stage I must say) I come by another site that again took me back to the xVx site. I remembered I was there several days ago. This time I went ahead and configure the laptop that I wanted again. Since I been to the xVx site two time in less then a week accidentally by others recommending on forums, I decided to search for more information on xVx before I consider them to provide me a high end laptop. I started searching and found many things on this company, including resellerratings with a lot of reviews done by others, I found out that xVx has been working since 2001 and was one of the companies that helped Intel develop and tested PCI EXPRESS at a time when AGP 8X was the best thing available. Their products have been review by several small online sites and as big as Computer Shopper Magazine, (I must recommend xVx to provide more review systems to more companies as it is a little hard to find reviews online) I found other people who purchased a system from them talking in several online forums and most of them were happy with the their decision. One thing that struck me the most was how much of their customers talk about how great their service is. Well, after finding all this out, I put xVx in my top 5 list. I have visited the site several times now still deciding, one day I went to their site again, and this time decided to talk to an online staff as I had several questions on the laptop that I wanted. To my surprise the response was fast and the person helping me was very knowledgeable, He helped me configure my system and I saved money as he recommend a lower price CPU because the one that I wanted was only about a 3% difference in performance which most likely I would have not felt, but the price was 35% more money than the one he picked… I spent about one hour chatting, and must congratulate xVx on their chat services, that day I did not buy, was very close too. Well, I had xVx in my 1st spot now; they are very close to win my business. I chatted other times after with many of their staff and all of them helped me out with no problems at all. As I came close to my purchase, I decided to contact them by phone, again, very helpful. After months of deciding and saving to buy my dream Monstruo (Monster in English, its what they call their laptop systems) I went with xVx, it had all I wanted, the price was great, the service from them could not be better. All I was hoping that once my laptop arrived to be as I dreamed it would be. Well, after several days of waiting, about 8 days as they custom built your system, it arrived. Must say till this day, I am very happy with my laptops performance as I use it for 3d animation and extensive gaming. I am happy with my well educated purchase, I am also happy that I found this company. Please xVx keep up with the good work and continue providing great powerful systems. As the company continues to grow, remember that the larger the company the worst the detailed service to their clients. Don’t forget it!!!
