"After having a camera for only a year and a half, the company send a firmware update that bricked the security camera and made it now longer work. Multiple contacts with the company to replace the camera. They dont make the same version anymore and will only partially help you buy a new one to replace the one they broke. Why would I buy another product from this company who wont stand behind what they make?"
