"Terrible retailer that I will avoid in future. Early on 3/29 morning I placed an order for some cosmetics. While they acknowledged the order very quickly, it was not shipped for the next three days (although their site says that orders are shipped the same day or the next). At first they claimed they were "verifying" the order and then when I wrote again, somebody from the company (Anthony Cesareo, using a verizon address) wrote back the next day with this comment; "First off, lose your damn attitude..."

This is their idea of customer service! I did not get the merchandise before I had to leave for an overseas trip.

I guess I deserve this for trying to save a few bucks from an unknown and unrated store. Caveat emptor, indeed."
