"We ordered a patio set from patiofurniturebuy.com. They had great prices and very poor customer service. Two of the five pieces of furniture we bought were damaged. One piece was replaced but they have refunded/replaced us for a damaged chair. We have contacted them multiple times and they have a very delayed response. It takes weeks for them to respond to our email. We are starting to take legal action to get this chair replaced. Oh and the furniture was delivered over 2 months late. Beware and think twice before you order from this company! "

"They are a scam!!! Buyer beware! Their list prices are artificial by almost 100%. They hope you will not shop them by misleading their consumers. I contacted them about their 110% price guarantee and they never responded. Instead, they just lowered their price to match the competitor online and never honored their policy. I then went online to order it from their lower priced competitor and actually found the same umbrella for $800 less than patiofurniturebuy.com!!! That is right, $800 less. Patiofurniturebuy.com is a joke that flim-flams their customers into made up discounts. Please stay away and save yourself some money and eliminate this company from profiting from it's artificial business attributes."
