"I ordered some black powder coated hinges as described on their webpage and shown in the product photo. They sent me plain galvanized steel. I sent them a message and was told if I want black- I would need to pay approximately $40 MORE plus another $22 shipping! They advertise a nice product and send you something cheaper- bait and switch. They have not responded to my requests. Total SCAM!"
"This is an indian call center. They are not real. They just drop-ship items from manufacturers and are sometimes not even authorized to do this. I received an order from Richelieu and have been trying to return the items for 2 months. They sometimes do not respond for 10-20 days at a time and keep saying they are working on it and that the problem is with Richelieu. I have called Richelieu directly and they say that this is a lie and that they would authorize the return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"
"An update from my last post. I have contacted The builders Supply for a refund and return for a product that I did not order. It has been over 2 weeks and the only response that I have gotten was that they were trying to get a return label so that I would not have to pay for shipping. As to date still no refund and no return label. I do not recommend that anyone buy anything from theses people as you will not have a good experience. You can not even get an honest answer from anyone. "

Order arrived much later than promised (took over a week to receive), product was of very poor quality and when I requested to return the merchandise (unable to reach a live person on the phone) it took them a week to get back to me and a 40% restocking fee for sending me an inferior product????? !!!!
