"I purchased a clip in hair volumizer. It came in a box with tags unattached, and the smell made me wanna barf. Obviously a worn item. Nasty! I was told I can exchange the item but was not given an apology. I had to ask fir shipping reimbursement and was not offered any compensation for my inconvenience. Bad experience."
