"I will never, ever purchase from them again! I ordered two wigs from them total cost $247. I gave my specific requirments (bleached knots, dark brown lace, & specific measurements), and did not receive them. I would have basically over looked the knots being bleached & the lace color, but I can not fit the wigs because the measurements were not fulfilled! I was told I will not receive a refund, but I can send them back at my cost (shipment there & returned to me), & they will repair them! I told them NO! It took 3 weeks to receive the wigs, & now you want me to reurn them & pay for it! I am working with Paypal at the moment, but It's shouldn't be like this! I should have gotten what I ask for!
