"Dont order from that website i had gotten in an argument with them because they said they never recieved any payment and that non of my information was ever processed i showed them my recipe through Instagram and the person told me to basically **** off and blocked me, so i had to do everuthing i could to either get my money back or the items, after 2 months i finally recieved the 3 waist shapers i purchased

"I ordered a waist trainer from Wonder Waist and never received it or a refund. The tracking information stated the package was delivered; however, I never got it! I contacted the USPS and they instructed me to have Wonder Waist to file a claim. The claim could only be filed by Wonder Waist. I reached out to a Wonder Waist representative and explained my situation. He/She asked if I had received my tracking information. I replied confirming I had received the tracking information. Although, this may have been a USPS issue, Wonder Waist could have took the time to help me resolve the issue. They had their money so they didn't care! To this day, I have not received a reply from Wonder Waist! They didn't file a claim, resend the product, or refund my money! Total scam! I lost my money and I still don't have a waist trainer! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Poor customer service! I'll never order from them again! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!"

"Ordered two waist trainers from wonderwaist.com for $164.22. At check out the only option give is a 2-3 day shipping. But, once the payment goes through you get a confirmation number and a new shipping delivery estimate date for 7-10 days.
The payment was taken from my credit card right away. However, I didn't hear anything from the company for about ten days. It was then that I emailed theme asking what was going on with my order. They told me that the waist trainer I had ordered was on back stock and they wouldn't receive it until the following Monday. Then they would ship it out. This
totally irritated me. I had been waiting, checking my mail for almost two weeks for items that wonder waist didn't even have
I'm stock. So, I emailed theme back expressing my indignation, and asking them to cancel the order and reinbursed my money if they didn't have it in stock. Then they just sent me a auto receipt email saying they had refunded me. I checked my credit card but the transaction was still there. So, I figured the reinbursement would take a few days to show up in my account. Well that was not the case. Turns out I could contacted them and was given two phone numbers to call to ask to dispute the transaction. I called and left a voice mail. A man called back and told me that wonder waist transactions are done through a third party and since the payment had been posted I would have to call my bank to have the banew dispute it for me. Just stay away from this shity reseller. Not to mention their website is quite primitive and hard to navigate. And on top customer service and reinbursementsupport are a pain in the behind.
