Poor Customer Service

"I ordered a couple items and due to an urgent need, I paid extra to have them overnighted, but the order didn't get shipped until several days later. Then when I got the order, the wrong parts were included. I added an order complaint on their website and left them a voice mail, but have not gotten a response yet."

"I ordered $625.84 in SVGA cables on September 13.

The order didn't arrive on time. I e-mailed them to cancel the order and refund the money to my credit card. I waited a month and no refund. I e-mailed them again and they assured me it would be in my account in a few days.

It is now December 3 and still no refund. I need to contact my bank to reverse the charge.

It turns out this is a one man operation. No one to speak with for customer service.

Do not purchase anything from WiredAtHome.com!
