"KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!! Purchased a Blackberry 05/01/08. Took over three weeks and numerous emails before receiving unit. When it finally arrived unit was defective (seems par for this company). Notified company immediately. After countless emails I was finally told to return item and I would receive a refund. I returned unit via UPS. It was delivered and signed for at their company 06/06/08. It is now 08/09/08. They have since ignored my messages, kept the unit and not refunded my money. I contacted Paypal but they were no help. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which that also ignored. I wish that I had read reviews like these before loosing my money. DISHONEST!!! "

Four emails have gone without a reply, even though they claim a 24 hour response, and of course no published phone number. Wished I would have checked this site prior to purchase, what a rip off, stay very, very clear of this joke...."

"I would not recommend purchasing from Wire4Less. I purchased a DVD player on 4/25/2008 and have not received it as of 6/22/2008. They charged my credit card right away, and have yet to ship the item - it is still listed as "processing."

I have tried contacting their customer service three times, all without response.

"I purchased GTA4 for 360 on June 4 and knew that I was paying for ground shipping so it would take some time to get here. On June 17 haven't heard anything from the seller on the item being shipped or at least a tracking number. I tried to call the seller's number that I got from paypal but I got a v-mail system instead. I sent a message that day to them asking for any information. On the 18th I finally got the package but when I opened it up I got a used/scratched game and not a mint/new as told from the invoice. I wrote a complaint on the website and still haven't heard anything from them on the 20th. Tried to file a complaint with paypal but they can't help.

Poor service, crappy products. STEER CLEAR!!!"

"This store is a total scam. Their business is to wholesale second-rate goods and sell them at a discounted price. By second rate I mean returns, open boxes, broken cases, etc., anything that cannot be sold through normal retail channels. The 'scam' is that they advertise their products as new. I purchase the Playstation 3 game GTA4 and they claimed as new. However, when I received it, it was unsealed and the case was broken. The missing pieces of the case were not found in the shipment envelope so they knowningly shipped me a broken case. My friend ordered one too and he also got an unsealed game with a pink Best Buy return sticker on it. The bottom line is that this site sells second-rate goods and instead of truthfully advertising them as open-box, used, refurbished, or returns, they advertise them as 'new', which is 100% untrue. Do not pay by paypal because it is much easier to file a claim through your credit card company. I filed a claim through paypal and Wire4Less does not respond to emails! Also, I agree with the other posters that a week after I received my game, the order status on the website still says processing. Very poorly run site and a scam. Stay away!"

"Bought GTAIV and it came unsealed (Used) and it was advertised as new. Didnt mind that so much until the game wouldnt work, I have filed a dispute and will not buy from again."

"Although they did deliver the product. It was not how they advertised.
What was promised: New game shipped next business day with tracking number via UPS after the end-of-cycle.
What I got: Bestbuy returned item that was shipped who knows when, because I received no notification. It was also sent via USPS, unlike what was promised.
Although, I may buy from them again because of their prices, I question they ethics and how they are will treat there customers."

"I ordered GTAIV on June 5th, it is now the 12th. My order still says processing and no response to my emails. They claim on their site that they have one day shipping. I guess I am going to have to dispute with my credit card company. EDIT- I recieved mine on the 14th, still says processing. The product I recieved was a Best Buy return item. The jewel case was smashed but the disk did work. The company should advertise that these are open box/smashed items, false advertising."

"Another deal of the day site. This one mainly offers cables and similar electronic items. The item I ordered is the mystery box of cables. Got 5 cables for $25. Valuewise, its not bad as they were decent cables (Monster cables and ones likely to be used). Prices seem to be decent, although its easy to compare their prices with other sites. It took about a week to ship and items were sent by post office. Overall, not bad, good site if they have an item you want for sale."
