Either you provide quality products valued at 100’s of dollars each, or you don’t. Disputing with my cc company and documenting the fraud on this, the BBB, and any other social media available. Sad!"
"The wig I got did come in a timely manner. HOWEVER it is so thin that you can see the wefting in the back and on it’s top. It’s so bad I can’t even wear to take out the trash.!!! Remind me, the American dream is still alive and well."

I sent an email to this vendor twice with no reply. I'm going to contact the feds for fraud because based on these comments this vendor shouldn't be in business & continue to do this to people."
"They advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee, send you a poor quality wig, refuse to honor the return policy without fighting with them, and then send you return instructions which violate Federal customs laws. They ask you to return the items as "gifts or samples" and to underreport the value of the item - and this is in writing! So you are required to break the law in order to return items to them. I've reported them for customs violations but they should not be allowed to do business in the US."
"After purchasing a wig, then refusing the inferior quality, returned it after many emails (no phone #) according to "their" instructions to the letter, it arrived in China. 8 months after it had been delivered to customs for retrieval it was refused and sent back to me. We had a written contract returning a partial refund to me of which I never received. DO NOT purchase anything from this scam of a company! Beware!"
"Negative -10 if I could give it. As others have said, the wigs look great online, but are not the same when you get them. They are poor quality, matted at the top. I asked for refund or replacement and they wanted $15 more to "offset" shipping. Wanted me to ship back to China address which would cost $47! Then finally realized their warranty said they had US warehouse so asked to return to that address, to which they agreed. They have had the wig back since 12/6/21 - it's now April - no replacement, no refund. They will scam you out of your money and send your poorly worded emails that don't answer your question if they respond at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - there are too many other good places to buy wigs from. They're "cheap" for a reason. Don't waste your time or money."

"I had a HORRIBLE experience with this China based wig seller. These people should not be allowed to continue misleading and defrauding Americans. They have no customer service phone #, (they will respond in broken English via email) they will not issue a refund nor a refund. It took two months to arrive, and was the wrong style and color. The pictures are pretty but do not represent the actual product. My bank did not consider this fraud because I authorized the purchase. Don't throw your money away. "Does not even deserve one star. They are a scam. They sent me wigs which totalled over $300. I was not receiving them, so I contacted customer service, they wanted another $150 for border customs. I told them I wished to return, as that was way more than they are worth. They refunded me $110, and told me that was the amount I agreed to. So I’m out over $200. Going through chemo scam artists are the last type of thing you want to deal with."
"I shop online for decades, this is something I do constantly. Never have I made a purchase anything from a fraudulent company. 3 Wigs for $175 arrived in poorly packaged bag with an unknown address. Poor quality product with wrong colors. No sales slip nor invoice included. Phone number on Wigsbuy boxes doesn't work. Order had no tracking or delivery updates.
Tried to open a dispute on their website, it said no order found. It took me over a month to finally figured out how to reach them. They quickly replied to my email saying I had 7 days to return the products. They sent tracking information after delivery with tracking information from China to Locust Grove. No physical address on tracking info.
How can this be legitimate when order:
1.No tracking Info
2.Package had no information relating to Wigsbuy
3.Shipping status never updated on their website
4.Account showing no orders to dispute
5.Phone number on wig boxes doesnt work
7. Tracking info had no valid detail
8.7 days is impossible to return a product to China with no proof for return address and receipt of products."
