"Items were received broken and after contacting the company for a month and a half, they are refusing to refund me the price of both items ….. although they were BOTH broken. Once I accept the fact they they will only refund me the price of 1 item, 1 month had passed and I still hadn’t received my refund. I contacted them to let them know and they claimed I used a discount (which I didn’t and even sent them proof of my full payment in my confirmation email) and they don’t want to refund me the full amount of the 1 item they are willing to refund me. Makes no sense to me. STAY AWAY!!!!"
"I ordered personalized lollipops for my son 1st birthday party. The lollipops were not personalized. They sent stickers that were like a puzzle piece. So I had to cut them all out and use tape on the back because the stickers were connected somehow if I took the sticker off. The personalized button I ordered was so tiny it looks likes it belongs on a button up shirt. Wish I read reviews will not order again from here."
"They take my money and never gave me my product. Had to open a case through my bank and then they want to respond. Oh and don’t put the wrong address. Apparently they won’t change or cancel your order and they don’t care if you receive or package or not.... I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone not even an enemy."

"We ordered a graduation party pack for 50. We paid extra shipping to be sure it arrived on time for my son's college graduation party. When it arrived it was missing dinner plates, napkins, and tablecloths. I called and the abrupt young lady told me I ordered a cake package. No I did not. Why would I pay $49 to serve cake? She told me I can order a pack of 60 dinner plates and pay more expidited shipping. No thank you! Do not order from this place. I shou lj d have read the reviews first."
"We submitted a large order and paid extra to have the shipment expedited to ensure it would arrive on time; however because some items couldn't be fulfilled you just cancelled them. No phone call. You did email and the cancellation notice went into our junk mail and we did not know until the a day and a half before my son's birthday party when we were already expecting the shipment. With 5 older/grown kids this is not my first birthday party. I also am on the site committee and help plan events at work and have done so for over 10 years. This is the first time I have ever encountered something such as this. I recommend that in the future your customer service department contact the person via telephone or do not allow us to order something you cannot fulfill. This was my first time using this site, I have used your sister site for Halloween Costumes and have always been satisfied. We are fortunate that our son is only 3 and had no expectations of how a Monster Jam party was supposed to look like. Us on the other hand had to work double duty creating a Monster Jam party when no one other than you or amazon sells them. We wanted the convenience so that we were not stretched thin on time. In an industry where most can't compete with Amazon, Walmart and even Party City ensuring this doesn't happen to customers in the future will ensure your business stays for the long haul. "I ordered several Peppa Pig edible items for my daughter’s goodie bags. They sent me Peppa Pig Marshmallows that expires in less than 3 weeks from the time I ordered it. My daughter’s birthday is in October 3 and they sent me marshmallows that expires October 2. It would be useless now. Customer service won’t help because their policy is no returns for edible items and as long as they don’t send you expired items they are good. Well, I wasted my money for something I wouldn’t dare hand out to kids."
