"I ordered a faucet a few weeks ago from wholesale-faucet.com. I requested and paid for UPS shipping (3-5 business) days. wholesale-faucet.com shipped via regular parcel shipping without advising. They even went as far as lying when they sent me and email confirming shipment of the parcel stating that the UPS tracking number was a certain number. Could not track the shipment on UPS over the next week. I then started to worry and emailed the seller a first time. I eventually figured that they had shipped it some other way. I contacted them with supporting documents asking for a partial refund for the difference in shipment options (about $18 USD difference). Never got a reply beside "we are looking into it and will get back to you". Besides the fact that the product received matches the order but is of extremely poor craftmanship, I would not do business again based on the fact that their customer service is non existent and they blatantly lied to me. Given the lack of interaction from the seller, I eventually filed a claim with Paypal. The seller never responded to the claim, even through paypal."

I made the mistake of dealing with him and am now proceeding against him via Australian and Chinese Authorities"

First, I bought some single handle chrome bathroom faucet and liked them so much that I bought their newly updated waterfall bathroom faucets. I never needed to contact them for Customer Service, because they always make me comfortable. But the ordering process and shipping was sometimes a breeze.

Additionally, they sent me some complimentary shower heads and soap baskets once. They are very nice as well. I'm not sure what collection or weight they were, but they are very suitable and useful.
One day I hope to be able to afford their Led Shower Kits, they are so perfect.
