"Charges you for VIP program without your permission! Already been through this once with them yet any new orders it's reapplied. No way to cancel on-line, although correspondence indicates it can be done on-line. Also, no way on-line to check if you actually signed up for their bogus VIP program.

My advise is find a more reputable site.

I am a computer professional and this is a travesty when a seller purposefully sells items that are unusable.
Product was returned and I received a refund for the item but no shipping costs.
