"We ordered a flower girl dress from a picture that we absolutely loved! I ordered one to be sure that we would be happy with it before ordering the others. The service that we got was fantastic with very quick responses. The problem was that that color was not at all the color we requested. It was clear that it did not match the online picture when you put them side by side. Carina did offer to remake the dress and sent many other swatches free of charge. However, none of the swatches seem to match the picture online. I am waiting for my wedding dress to come in before choosing which color might work. I need to order three dresses and I will probably order them from here when I figure out the best color. However, I hope that Carina will do the right customer service thing and refund me for the orignal dress which was not at all the color that I ordered. At that point, I will decide whether to continue business with them. "

"The customer service was very good. However, the dress I received looked nothing like what was displayed. I purchased the dress primarily because I liked the "cut outs" at the back and there was none. I could not use the dress for the occasion and therefore had to incur additional cost to purchase another dress that looked better for about 1/5th of the price I paid for the dress from Carina. My experience was not good so I doubt I will purchase from you again."

I would recommend them to anyone.
The only advice i have to say ..mantion that it is a gift and to write it on the waybill or custom form coz i ended up paying a lot of duty but it was still a super price

"I ordered party dress to wear for my cousine's wedding. When the dress arrived I found this dress has not been tailored properly (defective product). The dress appeared to be incomplete and rushed. I asked for refund as I could not wait for a new one. My case has never been sorted out so I ended up having a dress which i never going to be able to wear. I definetely would not recommend this store as I lost £90 and nobody evan bother to appologise to me. "
