"I ordered 8 Libbey 1639 Restaurant Basics 16 Ounce Mixing Glass, item 118012. I received my order in a reasonable amount of time. Inside the box, each glass was individually bubble wrapped, but not taped, so some had slipped out of their wrap and were loose inside the box. Unwrapping them, I had 5 glasses of one type, that looked like the style I ordered, and three of a completely different type, roughly pint-glass shaped but with a hollow base. None of them had the Libbey watermark on the bottom. One of the "different" glasses had a crack in the side of it, and a crusty residue both around the rim and down the side of the glass -- I suspect it had been previously used and not even thoroughly washed. None of the glasses looked clear / new.

I suspect these are all restaurant seconds being resold as new. Scam."

"Website said the item would typically ship within 2 - 3 business days. It actually shipped after 5 business days, so it didn't get to me in time for my event, and I wasted money buying the faster shipping option. I would not order from them again for anything time-sensitive."
